2025-11-14This was my first time at Salon it came recommended. Hyatt did the coloring. I showed her a picture of a gray blended hair style. Which is what I wanted. The manager was there to assist Hyatt. The manager never bothered to talk with me. Basically Hyatt gave me blonde highlights not gray. She was skimpy on product and had to go back 3 more times to make more. That was a signal she didn't know how to do this. There is no gray blend instead blonde highlight. She highlighted my hair. Now I am starting from scratch again as gray grows in again on top. Plus I'm out 120 plus a tip. Too much money to be sad.

2025-08-02Kate did my hair today and I couldn’t be happier! She gave me a thorough consultation which made me feel comfortable because I have gotten my haircut by someone in years. She was very nice and showed me how to style it at home. She did an amazing job and I feel so pretty. I will definitely be back every few months to maintain this cut :) and everyone at this salon is so welcoming and nice. I love the atmosphere
