The experience at this salon was something I haven’t felt from shops in the near Richmond area in a while! Let’s start with the introduction. I first called to see if the shop was still taking walk-ins due to it almost being 30 mins til closing. Nail technician advised they were still taking walk-ins. I immediately went straight there. As soon as I arrived I was greeted right away and was in the pedicure within the next 5 minutes of arriving. Aree was my nail technician. I love to see Black Excellence within the industry. Customer service was excellent. Her compassion and commitment to make sure her clients are satisfied with their work? Amazing. Proficiency on depth of nail shape, to complementary beverages, to gift bags as a Thank You. The price is well rounded and decent for a lovely set of acrylic nails or a pedicure. I will recommend anyone to City Day Nails and Spa and will revisit.

I received the Absolutely BEST & And AMAZING Service today ,,, When i walked in, i was Immediately Greeted in a very professional, friendly manner .. This was my 1st visit here and my daughter had told me about how amazing Cookie is with her nails ..💅 and goes there on the regular …now i see why 🥰 was my visit but definitely will not be my last… They absolutely went over and beyond to make me sure i felt relaxed & comfortable Through the whole pedicure .. I had selected the volcano pedicure and when I say it was AMAZING !!!!! oh my goodness it was actually that AMAZING .. I’ve had a lot of pedicures in my life, but I’ve never had one like this❤️Tuesday Is my 54 birthday, And during conversation with tech. I have mentioned that, was so Grateful already for the service they gave me and then They topped it of when they brought out a cute cupcake with a candle in it and gave me a gift and a discount for my visit .. I’m telling you and everyone else that actually reads reviews. THIS PLACE (((CITY DAY SPA & NAILS ))) 💅 Is the BEST !!!!!!! I Highly recommend everybody Book with them for there Miniature or pedicure…, ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love it here, I have been to multiple shops and never found where they actually care about your nails! No rush jobs! Cookie shout out to you for having great employees! A big shout out to KICHI for slaying my nails, I showed her a picture and she conquered it!!! Very welcoming and down to earth, can’t leave out the playlist🔥 You won’t be disappointed coming here trust 🫶🏾
