High Tech Salon & Spa

I had an incredible experience at High-Tech Salon in Staunton, Virginia, and I have to give special recognition to Terry. From the moment I sat down, he made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. He listened attentively to what I wanted, offered honest and thoughtful advice, and made sure we were always on the same page before moving forward. I have long, thick hair, and Terry took his time with every step. He never rushed, and you could truly feel the care, patience, and effort he put into working with my hair. It made such a difference in how the final result turned out. He was also training a few students while I was there, and watching him teach was honestly inspiring. He was kind, patient, and so encouraging—explaining techniques clearly and respectfully. You can tell he’s not only talented, but also a natural mentor. On top of that, he was extremely friendly and made the whole experience feel spa-like. He offered me water and coffee, checked in on how I was feeling, and created such a relaxing atmosphere from start to finish. Terry is an absolute joy to be around and incredibly skilled at what he does. I highly recommend High-Tech Salon—and especially Terry—for anyone who wants quality care, genuine kindness, and a stylist who truly goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Erica has been cutting my hair for a couple of years and she is wonderful! Mo and Britney now do my boys' hair, and they are now excited to get their hair cut. Wonderful salon, clean, always a warm greeting, and a choice a beverages, a very upscale feel for reasonable prices. After years of living in NOVA, I was actually surprised how reasonable the pricing is, but that's OK, I just give a bigger tip!

L.A. is a fantastic stylist. I could tell she loves and enjoys what she does and that's why she is so talented and produces great results. I had shied away from High Tech thinking they weren't affordable but their prices are very reasonable. My first visit won't be my last. I was impressed by the professional yet relaxing atmosphere. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I'm going to try some of their other services as well. I highly recommend this salon and I'm certain I won't be disappointed in my first spa experience.

Erica Emmanuel did my hair and she is terrific! She listens to what I would like and offers great advice on taking care of my hair and how to style it. She is a great stylist!!

10/10 recommend Destiny Vinson. She did an absolute fabulous job on my hair, nailed every detail I had asked for, very gentle, keeps it fun and the most comfortable environment. I’ve been to many places but this is by far the greatest experience ever. Price was great and she definitely has her own touch compared to anyone else I’ve been too. She cares about her work, and her clients. ❤️
