Eden Nail Spa (Leesburg)

Wow!!! To think that I almost turned around and left because Google sent me to 161, instead of 125 and boy, would I have missed out. Helen did my nails. I came in not expecting much because my nails are super damaged from dipping, and I just wanted a manicure. Helen was very knowledgeable, very gentle with my Nails and explained to me the differences between dipping and gel builder. She ended up making my damaged nails look gorgeous!! She even used a hardener made out of biotin, and she suggested a different color that was more neutral which was perfect! MOST IMPORTANTLY, I saw her go straight to the sanitizer machine with my tools when she finsihed. That was amazing! I wish she was in Atlanta because I would go to her all of the time. Thank you, Helen! I highly recommend this place if you're in town and looking for something close to the hotel or if you live in the area

The salon itself is spotless, with a relaxing and clean atmosphere that adds to the overall experience. Plus, their prices are very reasonable for the quality of service provided. everytime i come here the service is amazing! i usually get gel manicures, but i decided to get acrylic the other day and im glad i did! they came out exactly like the inspo pic and im very happy with them!

Terrible customer service. Since this salon changed management, I just had bad experiences. The last one for me was unacceptable! I called to schedule an appointment and couldn’t speak with a human being. The system automatically scheduled an appointment and sent me two different times. I changed my plans to accommodate the time that the last message was saying. I get there and I am told they couldn‘t see me because the correct time was the first message (the lady which I think it is the new owner had an attitude with me for a mistake she made!!). How could I have known that the first message was correct if they sent me a second message with a different time? So I change my plans to accommodate their scheduling to get to the salon and not being able to be seen and have someone with an attitude?! I am not going back and will take my business somewhere else and where I am treated with way more respect.
