This is the second time they’ve ripped my skin during threading and waxing, leaving dark marks and burns all over my face. They treat clients with zero care, and honestly, it feels like they discriminate based on skin color. The way they handle threading is rough, painful, and completely unprofessional—ignoring clients even when they’re in tears. I don’t know how this salon managed to get such ratings on Google because the reality is the exact opposite. If you can’t provide proper service, don’t take on clients and ruin their faces with injuries. Absolutely not going back—this place is careless, unsafe, and should be avoided.

I have been going to Art Threading & Spa for 5 years now. Pusan is AWESOME! She is the best she will take care of you and works with you! She has great service with great prices! I have threaded my face, done lazer hair removal, waxed, and gotten eye lash exten! It's all great service! Her Lazer is not painful at all. When my sister flies in from Texas we go straight to Art Threading & Spa! It's a good location on Herndon close to Reston and Sterling.
