I’ve been going to Tiana for over 4 years, and I truly wouldn’t trust my nails to anyone else. She is incredibly talented, meticulous, and always prioritizes cleanliness and care. Beyond her skill, she’s simply kind, she makes every appointment feel comfortable and relaxing. Consistent, professional, and genuinely wonderful. Highly recommend.

I am so happy I came to Polished Nail Lounge! I have been going to another nail salon where I was happy with the results about 70% of the time. I don't do any designs or anything, just a polygel fill, solid gel color, and reshape to almond. My usual nail technician was booked when I needed to see her and I absolutely needed to get my nails done. I called Polished Nail Lounge and made an appointment with whatever tech was available. I was matched with Amy who did a wonderful job. I got a polygel fill, shape up, and gel color for $60 which is literally half of what I pay at the other salon. Amy took her time and was careful with the drill, buffer, and nail file. A lot of other places are rough with these and my last experience at the other salon my tech was burning my nail beds and cutting my fingers with the drill. I'm always hesitant to go a new nail salon because you just never know what you're going to get, but Amy took great care of me. The environment was relaxing and I found myself almost falling asleep at some point during the manicure because she was so gentle. I will absolutely be returning to get my nails done here again. It's better quality, less rushed, and a lot less expensive than my previous salon. I'm so happy my other tech was booked because otherwise I wouldn't have found this salon! Thank you Amy and the entire staff at Polished Nail Lounge - I haven't been this happy with my nails in so long! Hopefully they last as long as the other shop, but when it's time for a fill I definitely will be back! :)

Absolutely love getting my nails done at Polished! They do such a great job and it lasts so long! Photo is almost two weeks out!

I came in requesting coffin shaped acrylic nails with designs. Once I realized that he shaped the nails wrong, almond (which are anything but my favorite), I decided not to complain and just asked for one single color. You all can be the judge of how that turned out…. I couldn’t even stay and ask them to fix it because I would’ve been late to my own birthday dinner(: Definitely Won’t be returning

I've walked by the nail salon many times. Today, I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. The shop was clean. The service was top-notch. The technician took her time and my nails look amazing. I look forward to my next visit.
