The best nail salon in front royal!!! Katie is my go to lady and she’s amazing, but everyone is friendly and does a great job. She always executes perfectly. Love it here!

This is my first (and last) experience at Venus nails. Came to the salon as a walk in and asked for square-shaped nails with a french tip and a simple floral accent nail, all to be done on my natural nails. My nail tech didn’t fully remove my previous gel polish before going in with new paint, filed my nails all the way down until they were jagged and misshapen, and hastily painted on uneven tips without using acetone and a brush to even them out before curing them. When painting the base coat, he didn’t ask me which shade I wanted and I almost ended up with a purple base. When painting the flower design, my tech didn’t use acetone to wipe away mistakes. Instead, he swiped them off with his fingers, causing smudging which cured into the manicure. Instead of removing the gel and starting over, he painted harsh, black, uneven lines over the flowers to cover his mistake. By the time my manicure was done, my nails were different shapes and lengths, had bubbles in them from the lack of removal of my previous manicure, gel polish was cured onto my cuticles, excess polish was under my nail beds, and my nails were shaved down to stumps (I came in with medium length nails). The nails themselves look like something I could’ve done on myself at home. I paid ($50) and walked out, and after collecting myself in my car for a few minutes I walked back in and told them I was unhappy with the results. They asked me if I’d like the same thing done over again, and I told them I just wanted a solid color this time (I wasn’t taking any more risks). I opted for some baby pink nails with white chrome on top. This time, Michael did my nails. He said he was sorry that I had to come back in, and told me he couldn’t really do much to fix the shape (because as previously mentioned, my long nails had been hacked off). I am appreciative of Michael’s effort to fix my nails, but unfortunately they still look like something I could’ve done at home. The nails are still a bit uneven (unfortunately the damage had already been done there), and I walked out of the salon with gel on my cuticles for the second time. Unfortunately, neither of these manicures felt worth the nearly 3 hours I spent in the salon or the $50 spent on them.

It was my first time at Venus nails, and I was nervous but Miss Ivy did an amazing job with my nails. I had explained to her how I’ve been struggling to find someone to do exactly what I’ve been wanting and she understood the assignment :) I’m very pleased with my nails and will be definitely going back. Everyone in there was extremely sweet!

I found my person to do my nails!!! Ivy really did a great job on my nails and I am very impressed how she took her time to shape my nails and made it look really nice and pretty. Their business was recommended by a coworker and I am very happy and pleased with the result. What I had was called Gel wrap w/ gel nail polish. OMG I have never this excited about someone’s work done on my nails. I am very pleased and will come back after 3 weeks for my touch up. 🥰 Thank you Ivy !!!!

I went to Venus Nails for the first time yesterday. I got a full gel set, and Danielle did an AMAZING job! So, I went back for a pedicure today. The Venus Deluxe Pedicure is awesome, and Daniel also did an amazing job! I will be a regular customer. Highly recommend!
