Roanoke Nail Salon

We came here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and they made it such a special experience! 💅 The team was so kind, patient, and made her feel like a little princess. I even got my first pedicure ever, and it was amazing — they took such good care of me and made it relaxing and fun. Everything from the atmosphere to the service was perfect. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a great mani/pedi experience or a special treat with family. We’ll definitely be back!

I am absolutely heartbroken about the quality of the gel manicure I receieved at this salon. I called around 10am on a Thursday to schedule an appointment for the same day at 2:30pm. I am new to the area, so I am not sure if this salon was busy on a Thursday afternoon, but the technician rushed through the removal of my old gel polish and ended up gouging a small dent into my right thumbnail, which became filled with more polish than the rest of the nail and appears as the darker white spot on the picture I included. She then rushed through the rest of the manicure. She did a very poor job shaping my nails, and was not quality checking the layers prior to curing them. I have included photos of the results. I know it is difficult to be a nail technician, so perhaps the management at the salon overscheduled this individual - either way, I do not recommend this salon for a regular gel manicure. I was appaled by the quality of the service and I will not be visiting this salon again.

Van did a beautiful job on my nails! The reference photo i showed her came to life 🥰 The salon is clean, lovely, and the staff are so friendly. Love coming here for pedicures, now I won't go anywhere else for my nails too! Make sure to ask for Van if you want IG worthy nails.

Alina is a saint and a true artist. She was very careful and took great care to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my nails at every stage. She gave options and we ended up doing the gel X with gel polish. She made them look exactly like the photo I showed her for shape and she helped me pick a color to compliment my skin tone. I will absolutely be returning. She’s very talented! And so kind! I attached the photo I showed her and my nails! They are perfect!!! Literally copy and paste. I saw another girl’s nails she did before me with really pretty intricate designs.

They always do a great job on my nails. Their technicians are very talented and can do designs and charms. These bow charms were custom made for me in the shop by Bill and Alina. I love Roanoke nail salon!
