I absolutely love this nail salon! The Mary & team are incredibly talented and always does an amazing job. They pay great attention to detail and make sure your nails look perfect every time. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I always leave feeling pampered and so happy with the results. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality nail care!

I have never been disappointed with my haircuts. Becky always listens to me, reviews what I want, and always does a wonderful job on my cut. She pays attention. Additionally she has taught me a lot about products and their use for my particular hair and style. I have also learned a lot about my hair texture from her. I favor a classic, undercut, sleek bob, (cut so that my hair turns under, not shaved!) bob style and she has consistently delivered. I am fortunate and grateful that I found her. She was referred by a friend.

Absolutely terrible experience. I went in to get Gel X nails, and the first one fell off within the first hour. The rest started popping off soon after — total waste of time and money. When I went back to ask for a refund, the lady said she couldn’t because of their “policy.” I asked where the sign or notice was posted, and she said, “you should know that.” Seriously? How am I supposed to know your hidden policy? To make it worse, I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were “too busy.” Super unprofessional and sketchy. If you value your money or time, don’t come here — they clearly don’t stand behind their work or care about their customers. I understand your response, but why would I go back for a redo after such horrible service? The nails started falling off within an hour — that’s unacceptable quality. Was I supposed to text every time another nail fell off? That makes no sense. I didn’t “misunderstand” anything — I was told no refund and no manager available, which is not good customer service. I understand other people might take advantage, but that’s not what happened here. I just expected you to stand behind your work, and instead, I was treated like I did something wrong. You weren’t helpful at all, and this experience just proves why I wouldn’t come back.

I am somewhat new to the area and found this place based on the reviews. I have had a great experience every visit! The customer service and nail work has been great! I have had work by Mary and Lilly both are so kind and skilled at what they do…they actually listen and always aim to please!
