One of my worst nail experiences I was going to get a pedicure, but realized I was short on time so I asked for just a polish change. They still set up everything for a pedicure after I said that and they asked me three times if that’s what I wanted After repeating myself for the third time I am assuming she had an attitude because she got very rough and was hurting me constantly, and when I told her she was over filing my toenails, she told me that she was the professional and knew what she was doing, even though I can feel it And upon inspecting my toes further that is exactly what happened. They then told me it would be $40 for a polish change with gel, which didn’t make sense to me because the gel pedicure is 60 so the math was a math thing. They said that they charge me five dollars to take off acrylic on one toe but there was still acrylic remaining and she told me that that was my nail, which was false Will not be coming back and don’t recommend. And at the end when I asked where the ATM was because I wanted to pay in cash, that’s when she started to be nice to me

I have been to Vivian’s a few times over several years. Recently, I’ve started going there exclusively and I am consistently pleased. Today, though, was outstanding. The young lady who gave me a deluxe pedicure was meticulous and Ken gave me the best builder gel refill and color I’ve ever had. So natural looking. I love it!

Will forever get my nails done here! Every visit has been nothing but great 🤩 Great customer service when calling to make appointment and they were very accommodating to my schedule! Busy working mom only has so much time! But Lynn was amazing! She helped me pick the right color and shape for my hands lol was quick and did such a good job 😁 She even waited for me to get off work to do my pedicure! Great way to start vacation! Will def be coming back and bringing my family next time 😄

I have visited this place a few times, and though I meet a different nail technician each time, my experience with LT was truly special. She devoted her time to shape my nails and transform them into something beautiful. When I showed her a color I admired from a picture, she matched it perfectly! Her attention to detail and dedication to perfecting my nails is something I deeply appreciate. Thank you, LT! I love my nails!

Ive been trying to find my new "regular" nail salon since moving here, and this will be it! I've been to 2 other recommended nail salons in Woodbridge where the vibe was just uncomfortable, but I had a lovely first visit here with Lisa doing my pedicure. Will be back!
