Tim Cindy Nail Bar

Tim and Cindy are both so sweet! They had both done my nails with Tim shaping them and Cindy painting them and they slay every time!! Cindy literally did the exact design that I wanted but better!! I’ve been coming here over a span of a few years now and they never disappoint!!

If you ask me if I recommend this place? I say "yes!" This nail salon was nice. The staff were very friendly. Usually the nail techs at other nail salons don't talk but here, they interacted with their clients (at least that's how I felt). They did a good job with my mom and my nails & the price is decent.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. I paid over $200 plus tip for my nails, and within just two days, one of my nails came off. I was out of town when it happened, so I called the salon on the fourth day once I’m back in town to have it repaired. To my surprise, I was told they would not fix it for free, despite having just paid such a significant amount. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this salon. The quality of work was poor, the customer service was lacking, and I feel the pricing doesn’t reflect the level of service provided. When you spend over $200 on a service, you expect it to last more than two days. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Kelly recently moved to this store and it is AMAZING! I was welcomed with a smile. Pedicure chairs were comfortable and they used disposable liners (that were ripped and tossed after) so I didn’t have to worry about cleanliness. Music was playing at just the right level. I was offered a drink at the beginning of my service and refilled during my service. When we moved to the manicures, the pampering continued. I brought a picture of what I wanted for color/design and Kelly replicated it perfectly! So excited that this will be my new nail shop every two weeks!

I have been a loyal customer for a long time and I have had very few complaints. As of recently the customer service has gone down hill. I have given this place four chances to redeem themselves and they continuous let me down. The last two times i’ve gone have been the worst. One of the times it took over 4 hours to get and mani pedi. The most recent time I just needed to get my arcrylic nails off which shouldn’t take long at all. A young man came in 15 minutes after me as a walk in and they wanted to seat him first. He was getting a manicure which surely will take longer than my arcrylic removal. That was the last straw. There are so many better places to go with better service. Will not be recommending in the future.
