Elegant Nail Spa “Hilltop”

This place is so great! The customer service is awesome with a very laid back relaxed atmosphere. They know all clients by name and you can trust the service will be top notch. If you are looking for a new nail salon or nail tech I recommend Elegant Nail Spa. My lovely new tech is Vee.

Love this place! They are clean and I love that they have a lot of chairs so I can go with my friends and sit together when we get pedicures. I also love to get a little fun design done on my nails and Annie is the best! She is super talented and always delivers when I show her an inspo picture! They are also super friendly and always offer you drinks during your service.

The only reason this is a good review is because of my latest technician, Ni. I was seeing Annie prior (for at least 3 fills) and kept noticing that the acrylic would lift from my real nails within a week of getting them done. This last time, when I went to Ni, we noticed a disgusting green patch on one of my nails underneath the acrylic layer. This was because Annie didn’t prep my nails properly and when the acrylic kept lifting, water and moisture would get stuck in between. Ni made sure to clean the affected area and reassured me that it wasn’t a cause for concern (caught it early enough). I’m so grateful to her for helping me today and giving me a properly done set this time. In terms of the salon itself, the past few times prior to this appointment, I have been charged $5 for a trim even though they barely cut down the length with the dremel tool. They didn’t even cut a significant amount off using clippers. This should really be included in the service price - do they expect us to keep growing our nails out forever? Disappointed by the owner’s pricing choice in that regard. EDIT: Had to knock a few more stars off of my rating because one of my nails has started lifting again and I am tired of giving this salon any more chances. I am not going to go back to them for acrylic removal because people have said that they painfully remove them while charging a bunch of money for it.

I found the salon to be very clean, which I appreciate. I also appreciate the receptionist reaching out to me immediately after leaving my card. I felt like the manicure and pedicure were rushed. Application of polish was poor. When looking at it in the sunlight my polish looks lumpy, there are multiple bubbles in the polish. I added a couple of photos with the review. I am hoping this is a fluke experience based on other positive reviews. Update (1 hour later): Andy, a manager, has reached out and stated that they will fix my nails when I return from my trip.

The Elegant Nail Salon is very clean and professional. Evon is an excellent knowledgeable nail tech who suggested trying a new nail process which was very good! I am very impressed with her excellent skills and knowledge of up and coming better techniques which are much better for your nails! I have already made another appointment with her and would highly recommend Elegant Nails!
