Bonjour Nail Spa

The salon is nice and clean, and the owners are very kind. This was my second visit. Loan does a great job with pedicures, and this time I also tried getting my nails done. I wasn’t happy with how they looked, but the owner assured me they would fix them, so I came back the next day. The process of fixing them was uncomfortable. The nail tech who first did my nails kept going back and forth, speaking with the owner in another language right in front of me. When I asked if everything was okay, they answered “yes,” but gave no explanation. After it happened a few times, they were talking about me, which made me very uncomfortable. I understand language barriers, but for good customer service, it would help to simply explain what’s going on instead of leaving the customer feeling excluded. Since I wasn’t comfortable with her fixing my nails, Son stepped in and did an amazing job; the difference was obvious between the first set and the set Sun fixed. The owner apologized, which I appreciated, but the whole situation still left me unsure if I’ll return. If you want your nails done well, I highly recommend Son . He did a fantastic job!

Let me start by saying that I’m a VB native so I’ve tried MANY nail salons in my lifetime here. I’ve been searching for a reliable salon to get the perfect pedi & I think I found it. I left this review as soon as I got to my car lol. Achi was friendly & welcoming. She gave me a really nice pedi in an hour- I think it’s the first pedi I’ve gotten where someone didn’t knick my skin. I’m so happy with the shape & the paint job as well. Thank you Achi for restoring my faith in pedicures haha. The salon is clean & simple. The man who greeted me was very kind & made sure to say good bye & thank every customer when they were leaving. I like the vibe & I’ll definitely be back!

The owner took me in within the hour without an appointment (it was a spur of the moment kind of thing), despite the fact it was 30 minutes before close on a Sunday afternoon when I got there- very accommodating. I was offered soda or water. The place was spotlessly clean and smells beautiful. Very happy with my pedicure! Son did a meticulous, beautiful job! Great relaxing experience...I'm going back for my manicure in two weeks (closer to the wedding event)...can't wait... Very highly recommended! Service is top-notch.They treat people here with respect unlike my experience at Lash Avenue, where I encountered a demeaning owner and staff. At Bonjour Nail Spa, the staff's friendly and welcoming! I tried the builder gel nails … I love them! Son did an amazing job on the shaping 🔥😍!!!! The inside of the salon is really pretty and clean. The staff was inviting and friendly. I loved my experience at Bonjour Nail Spa!!
