New Nails

I took my daughter to get her nails done for the first time and she showed them a pic of what she wanted and it looks exactly the same … actually better! She’s so happy! And the lady who did my pedicure was so sweet! She did an amazing job! Thank you! Will definitely be coming back!!!

I got my nails done by Audrey, and I am so happy with with my results. I got a nail fill with gel polish and 2 designs. She was kind, gentle, welcoming and incredibly detail oriented. I highly recommended her to anyone who is looking for an amazing nail tech.

Absolutely love my nails. I have never ever gotten fake nails because I work with my hands a lot. Brand new experience for me. I just wish I could’ve asked more questions but because of maybe a language barrier in the mask on his face I didn’t think it was worth asking questions. I would’ve liked to ask like what are the different types of fake nails? when do I come back to get them taken care of? What should I avoid doing to ruin my new nails?

Extremely Disappointed – Never Again I’ve been getting my nails done for years, and I’ve never had an experience quite like this. From the start, I expressed concern about how thick the dip powder was being applied. I kept politely asking for a thinner look, but the technician didn’t seem to want to listen. I asked for a coffin shape and walked out with bulky, blocky rectangles. The dip was heavy, uneven, and looked nothing like what I requested. It was frustrating trying to communicate what I wanted while being ignored the entire time. Eventually, I asked how much it would be without polish, hoping to just end the service. She said $40, then roughly buffed and scratched my nails before walking away without another word. Out of respect (I noticed she was pregnant), I kept my composure, paid, got my receipt, and left. But this was absolutely not okay. I’ve never felt so disregarded or disappointed after a nail appointment. I will not be returning. Response. Yes. You were talking about me and my nails. Yes. I have worked in a nail shop. Yes. You knew I kept asking for thinner nails from the BLOCK OF ACRYLIC you layered on my nail, so you HAD to ask and I kept telling you thinner. And because of your attitude, I told you to stop, very politely and said “no, thank you” to the polish. Please be mindful of what you speak, you never know who can understand.

I love it here. I love the remodeling they’ve done. Very nice staff and they try to get you seated ASAP. Love the different pedicures options they have. The staff is amazingggg love everyone who has attended me.
