Alchemist Nail Spa

I’ve come here for a while now and have absolutely loved it! I tell people about this place all the time. But yesterday I went and got a manicure/pedicure and I got chrome powder on all my nails to make them look like chrome gold. I wanted to treat myself as my brother just got surgery, my grandma just got pacemaker Put in, and I just found out my mom had lupus. I really needed to pick me up. Well today, a bunch of the polish is coming off and chipping. I’m not even doing anything and it’s coming off. I work on the computer so I don’t do anything that would cause that. The last time I got chrome designs the same thing happened, but I didn’t make a fuss. But since I just spent $120 yesterday I decided to say something because that’s a lot of money! I know things happen so I figured we could reconcile it. Well, my mom and I just called and they told us and I quote our options are to “live with it, go pay another salon to fix it, or come back in and They’ll do a polish change”. I had mentioned to them that I was gonna be in Florida for two weeks and that polish change wouldn’t be an option and he said well that’s all that we can do that I’ve given you the Options. At this point, I’m not even mad, I just want to cry because I’ve been so loyal to this place and tried to be really nice about it and they were so rude, and now I’m out $120 for nail polish that’s already messed up.

I’ve been there twice in the first time I got a pedicure. I loved it and I definitely wanted to come back So on Friday I’m not sure if my nail tech just had an issue with me or if he was just lazy, but not only do I hate my pedicure because he knew that it needed another coat. It’s see-through on some parts of the nails and then not on other parts ? I didn’t think it was an explanatory thing to be fixed, but he didn’t fix it and then my manicure… I got my nails done on Friday and before I went to bed that night seven out of 10 of my nails are chipped. I don’t know if he just didn’t prep them or if it’s just poor product, but I’m very disappointed that I paid $75 for this it’s Sunday why do my nails and toes look like this.

I highly recommend this place. Wow wow. My Nail Tech was Kelly today and she did an amazing job. I have been here 3 times but this time was amazing 👏 Thank you so much Kelly, she was very professional.

I love coming to get my nails done at alchemist!! The staff are always welcoming and great and i always have a good time. Henry does my nails and never disappoints!! I will always highly recommend going here!
