Loved my experience at this salon. And Vicki was wonderful! She did a great job on my pedicure. Also, I asked for a specific design and she “nailed” it!! ;)

All of my previous experiences were great, the technicians are amazing. Today’s experience threw me off, I came in for a take off, and was seated by a lady who probably doesn’t have much experience. After drilling down my nails she tried to POP them off and I had to ask her to use acetone(I’ve popped nails off before and my nails always come off with it and so much blood). After that she was drilling down the raining nail, and she cut me several times. I literally have four large cuts on my hands. Two of them were gushing blood, and she was telling me not to move. I was only moving because after getting cut my initial reaction is to flinch and retract my hand. On top of that I got charged $25 for a take off? I’ve never had to pay more than $10 at any other place. I don’t think the rate is fair especially for the pain I had to endure. I haven’t had problems with the other technicians but this lady needs to be trained more, she shouldn’t be touching other people’s nails until she’s able to hold a drill without cutting into skin. Safe to say I will not be returning, despite my previous positive experiences.

If i could give negative stars i would, first of all they have only one or two good people that do good nails. All others suck! I went to get a cute summer gel manicure showed them the colors and designs and she absolutely messed it up. Not only do they not have all colors but they say they can do a design and they cannot. Like if you don’t know how to do something just say no and i will wait for the nail tech who can do the design i want. These people just want to get as many customers as possible and as quick as possible. Never going here again! Also mind you they always ask you for a tip so don’t go in there thinking it will be just 65 dollar nails i paid 75 for crappy nails.

Love this place. They do all kinds of nail related services and they're very polite staff. Only down side is they lack a little high end nail salon vibe like a wrist pillow..so badly needed when some nail work needs you to hold your hands up for more than 10mins. My hands get so tired after the end of each session. They also offer beverages incase you need it. They're decently priced and don't over charge you even if you're a newbie. Their pedicures is the best I ever had. They also take walk ins but I would advice to always call first. Nina, the owner is a jovial lady who interacts very well with customer but sometimes language can be a slight barrier. My first experience here and it was great. I came in on a wednesday and showed them a picture of what I wanted. They said they could do that and put me in the books for the following day. When I arrived I was greeted happily and with some water and they asked me exactly what I wanted. I wanted my real nails with gel. I enjoyed watching this hilarious gag show on the TV while getting my nails done. I enjoyed the environment and the ladies were great. New members receive a little gift and I chose these earrings. They took photos of my nails and provided great service the whole way. My trip took about an hour and I left with a huge smile! Definitely recommend.
