My visit to this spa was truly exceptional and well beyond my expectations. I’ve had mani-pedis at countless salons around the world, and this place is absolutely top notch! They even pampered my legs with fresh citrus fruit and warm lavender lotion, which felt amazing. The technician with blue hair (and a proud cat mom of two) has such genuine, positive energy. She’s incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and also a joy to chat with. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and grateful. Thank you so much!

I came here based on the reviews and it did not disappoint! I’ve never walked out of a nail salon with my nails done exactly how I wanted, but this time I did thanks to Michelle! She was so helpful with talking me through my ideas and made sure my nails were exactly what I envisioned. I highly recommend this salon and Michelle!

There are about four nail salons within 5 minutes of each other near the Oakton Shopping Center, and I’ve tried them all. Oakton Nails & Spa stands out, and here’s why: 1. Customer Service – Their customer service is by far the best. They’re always friendly and have even stayed past closing to accommodate my schedule. They consistently go above and beyond. They are always busy, but even for walk-ins I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. 2. Honest & Trustworthy – They give honest opinions on services without pushing unnecessary add-ons. One technician even recommended seeing someone else for a service to ensure better results. 3. Clean & Hygienic – The salon is impeccably clean, and they follow strict hygiene standards, which is so important for nail care. 4. Skilled Technicians – The staff is incredibly skilled and detail-oriented. They have the latest and most modern styles - including chrome, gel, cat-eye, ombre and are on top of all the nail trends. 5. Unlike their competitor Vogue Nail Lounge - Who has over 600 fake reviews (yes! Not only do they have paid fake reviews, they pay to delete negative reviews.) I dare you to write one - it will be taken down! Oakton Nail and Spa's reviews (like this one) are from actual clients - like me. Check out the photos and videos. I've had my nails done by Michelle, (who really knows her stuff) and Linh, Judy and Nga - they are all great. This salon offers everything you could want in a nail experience—highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Oakton Nail & Spa. The salon is very clean and staff are not only nice, they are good at what they do. I have been going to this salon for several years and always leave very happy. I am very picky and customer service is top notch. I have gel pedicure and for my hands I use the dip power done by Michelle. I get my nails done every three weeks but because Michelle is so good, my nails could last longer. I could go on and on about this shop but you will not be disappointed. If you have not given them a try, please do so. I get compliments on my nails all the time.

Lyn did a beautiful job on my nails yesterday! I love this place. Very calming and relaxing. Not loud or noisy like other places I went to in the area. The ladies always take their time and make sure you are happy with your visit. I plan to be a regular!
