Natural Nails and Spa

First time trying this place out, scheduled my appointment yesterday…they have an app which confirms appointments which is great! Relaxing, friendly environment, Tina was thorough & gentle at the same time while giving me one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had, loved the color Sophia helped me pick out! All in all, was a really nice experience..will definitely be going back!

This was one of the worst pedicures I have ever received. The polish is messy and uneven and after two hours my gel popped off on my pinky toe. This was my first time trying this salon and I am extremely disappointed. I called and asked for a full or partial refund and they flat-out refused, only offering to fix it and I do not have time to come back in nor do I feel comfortable. I should have stuck with my original nail lady that is further away. I can’t believed I paid almost $100 for this. I will never be returning and advise people to go elsewhere.

I’ve started coming here around December, i go to Kim and she does amazing work! My friend recommended me to her even though she’s a little far from me, but ever since my first visit I’ve made the trip there just for Kim! I give her more complex designs and she’s amazing every time. She works so well with you and makes sure when you leave you are completely happy with the results!

Lovely place but the tech that helped me was not listening to me or just wanted to take a short cut i don’t know. I told her multiple times I wanted a soak off for the acrylic nails I had on. She soaked off half of the nail and then tried to rip off the remainder and I told her no, that I wanted a full soak off cause ripping them would cause damaged nails and she just looked at me and said okay and her attitude changed towards me after that. She was less friendly and decided not to make conversation anymore.

Very professional, thorough, and pricey. The shop is clean and modern; it is currently decorated for the holidays. I went for service on a Tuesday and it was not crowded but I did have to wait about 15 minutes to begin. There’s a 3% surcharge for credit, so bring cash if you’re getting multiple services.
