Mary is the best! She's so friendly and easy to talk to-it feels like catching up with a friend every time I go in. On top of that, her space is spotless and she's super careful about cleanliness, which I really appreciate. My nails always come out perfect and she takes the right amount of time on each service. She pays attention to detail and goes the extra mile every time. I used to be a walk in girlie and now I never want to see anyone else. I'm so glad I found her & Platinum Nails!!!

Jenny is the best! She is friendly and helpful and consistently does an excellent job on both my manicure and pedicure. She also gives me hints to help with my nail growth. I am so lucky to have found her!

Absolutely wonderful first visit for our mother-daughter mani/pedi time. We were a few minutes early to select our nail polish colors and were immediately greeted warmly and offered to be taken back at the same time and seated together. They immediately brought us infused water and a cup with complimentary crackers and cheese. My mother was assigned Tina and I was assigned Cindy. Both were very pleasant, professional, thoughtful, helpful and did a wonderful job. I enjoyed hearing Tina checking in on my mom throughout the service and striking up nice conversations with her. Our massage chairs were enjoyable, as was the light massages on the feet, legs and hands. Check in and check out was easy as well. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you.

Joy did an excellent job on my nails; my nails are always beautiful. Mary did an excellent job on my eyebrows.I appreciate the wonderful service I always receive at Platinum Nails. I have to start off by saying I really do hate to complain and have never left a bad review but I am very upset right now. For the past years, I have down my own gel pedicure to in order to save money. In March, I was in a bit of a rush before a cycling class and decided to get my nails down here at Platinum and besides me rushing I had a great experience and wanted to come back. I decided to get my birthday pedicure here yesterday with my daughter. We scheduled an appointment an hour before closing. Which i believe was a mistake. Our pedicures didnt even last 40 mins and just felt rushed. Didnt even get asked what type of pedicure we wanted. While the technician was nice, I didnt notice the job she had done until i was home. In the first two pictures, you can see the excess of polish that was just left there. When doing gel, you have to be very careful in wiping off the excess because once it goes under the light, its hard to remove. As you can see, this is horrible. I dont even leave my toenails like this painting them with my left hand. I went back about an hour ago to get it “fixed”. The same technician was assigned to me. She literally just brought the drill and drilled off the excess on my skin and barely even filed on top and just painted over it. It basically looks the same and just horrible. On one foot, she cut me with the drill of how hard she was drilling close and on my skin. This is so unacceptable. I came out of there probably worse. I should have just gone elsewhere to get it fixed. But now my birthday toenails look busted and in pain due to the cut. I honestly felt like they were really going to fix it but they really don’t care. Should have requested a refund but I am concious that times are tough. Spending $56 on an atrocious pedicure and wasting my time twice is definitely not making me come back. Wish the management would have followed up and amended the situation.
