Nov 2025 THEY HAVE NEW OWNERS Their review photos are misleading as is their price board. I got acrylic nails with gel polish. Looking at the menu this should've been $40 (gel manicure) + $20 (acrylic) = $60 + tip. Instead, I was charged for a pedicure and a remove gel ($5) for a total of $71.75. He said the $5 fee was for shaping the nails but I mean, were you going to leave them unshaped? I requested almond shape but they're definitely more of an oval. They turned out pretty but unfortunately not what I wanted. Pros - woman who did my nails did a fantastic job with the sanding and shaping of the acrylics - Nice collection of colors - same clean location Cons - I came for designs; new owners dont do them - no chrome powder - nails were not shaped the way I wanted - charged a shaping fee (ok but still weird) - may have been billed incorrectly

Update 6/24/25: My favorite nail tech who’s being doing my nails for over a year left this salon but thankfully moved to another salon! Update 2/8/25: I’ve been going to this salon for over a year now. Both Tee Tee and Lyly do such an amazing job with nails. Tee is able to take an idea or a photo and make it reality. The salon is clean, well cared for, and they’re always able to fit me into their busy schedules. The ladies who work there are truly the best! Love Ivy Nail & Spa!! Love this nail salon! It’s always easy to get an appointment, the salon is beautiful, and the staff is so nice. Thank you, Lyly, for my beautiful nails!

Had a very strange and disappointing experience here. I came in only for gel removal and a regular non-gel mani. The man doing my nails (who I believe is one of the owners) didn't know what almond shape was, and filed my nail square. When I corrected him, he then made it rounded, which I didn't bother correcting because I already lost so much length on the nail. I was also left with a bloody cuticle on my thumb during the buffing process. For the gel removal, he left large chunks of gel on my nails and then painted over them, so I had lumpy, uneven polish. I normally wouldn't leave a review just for these issues but the payment situation pushed me to share my experience. When I went to pay the total was $30 ($25 mani, $5 gel removal), plus a 10% off promo they have posted because they're under new management. My total was $27 and I added a $7 tip, for a total of $34. The man then charged my card $44 and when I pointed it out when signing the receipt he argued, then pulled out his calculator, punched in some numbers and saw that it was indeed $34. So he pulled out some cash from the register and handed it to me, but it was only $4, still short. Honestly, it was so bizarre and uncomfortable that I didn't argue further. Between the terrible work and the sketchy overcharge, I would warn others away from this place and it's "new management".

I have been going to Ivy Nail & Spa over the last year, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. It’s clear that Tee Tee is passionate about her work, and it shows in the meticulous care and attention she gives to every detail. My nails have never looked better! Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she’s also an amazing person to talk to. Our conversation made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I felt relaxed, pampered, and completely at ease throughout the entire visit. It’s rare to find a place where both the service and the atmosphere are so top-notch. Ivy nail and Spa and Tee Tee were amazing and took such great care of me. I could not recommend this salon more!! They were so patient and kind. I got dip and I have never had a prettier nail before. Trust anything they recommend while you are there because truly they know best!!
