OMBRÉ Nails Bar Abingdon VA

Love this place! Every time I went to get my nails done somewhere else, they always messed up the design. But here, they will design whatever you want and get color right every time! And my nails last for a long time! Everyone that works there is super sweet and welcoming! Thanks Ombré!

She always kills my nails every time. I recommend this nail salon to anyone that compliments my nails, which is a lot. They’re very welcoming

DO NOT and I repeat do not go to ombré nails in abingdon, Virginia. I got my nails done there 2 weeks ago and they started breaking off so I was going to go back and get them fixed or at least another set put on and I’m so glad I didn’t. I ended up taking the others off and I have an infection in my nails and may even lose a couple of my real nails. The lady did not clean her tools after she was done with the girl before me and at the time I didn’t think anything of it i was just excited to have my nails done. When I got home I noticed I had several cuts on almost all of my fingers. I had to go to urgent care because my fingertips are warm, tingling, numb, and even swillen and that’s what started to make me worry so they put me on antibiotics. I called the store owner to see if I could get a refund for what’s happened and he wasn’t very nice about it, didn’t even apologize and wants proof from my doctor stating that it’s from his nail salon. All I wanted was a simple refund and I would give zero stars if that was an option

I should have listened to the reviews and avoided this salon. I’ve gone twice, spread out over 6+ months to be sure it wasn’t just an off day. The owners are downright rude. This last time, my daughter (9) and I walked in and asked for Mani and Pedi. They were just finishing up some people with others were walking around. It took almost an hour before I got a pedicure (the wrong pedicure , not the one I chose) and at the 2 hour mark when my mani (which had been started but not finished because the girl got up to work on someone with an “appointment “) at the 2 hour mark I asked why, I was met with hostility. Then when I said I didn’t even get the pedicure I asked for the male owner started yelling at the girl. Then he proceeded to charge me full price for my 9 yr old’s mani and pedi. I can assure you she didn’t even receive a real mani and pedi. Both hers were done in 30 minutes or less. The owner was petty and nasty when I said this and charged me full price. This after we watched him paint the nails of another customer’s little girl for free.

Took my young nieces there and they were great with the kids and kept them laughing the whole time. The lady took the picture of the nails we wanted and did a great job with it. Thank you!
