2024-05-15Came in Friday to get my hair done (salted caramel balayage) and they did a fantastic job but later that night I had realized I wanted something adjusted a little bit - they were able to honor the agreement of fixing my hair within the first week of getting my hair done. Very pleased with the customer service, highly recommend this place! Great work , and phenomenal communication skills 🎀✨ Thank you ladies for your understanding and accommodation. ** add on since adjustments ** Jillian was phenomenal - she got me right in as did a GREAT job with my hair. My hair is fragile and she paid close attention to detail and kept the health of my hair good. She also was able to list out the rest of the red under tones that was left in my hair. I was happy when I left the first day - BUT IM EXTREMELY OVERLY SATISFIED WITH THE END RESULT! I highly highly recommend this shop hands down best place in town! Thank you Jillian!!! Yes! We provide both hair and makeup services for brides and bridal parties. We can accommodate large groups in the studio or travel to your location for your convenience.
What is your policy if I need an adjustment to my hair service?
We stand by our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee where we honor adjustments within the first week of your appointment to ensure you are happy with the results.
Are you able to accommodate last-minute appointments or add-ons?
While we recommend booking in advance, our team is known for being extremely accommodating and will do our best to squeeze in additional family members or last-minute requests when possible.
What are your operating hours?
We are open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on Mondays.

Absolutely. Many of our stylists, like Joy, have been with their clients for over a decade, providing consistent and expert care across all types of hair transformations.
