I had such a great experience at Brandon Nails Salon! I went in for a pedicure and acrylic nails with French tips, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The salon was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The staff were all so kind and made me feel relaxed from the moment I arrived. My pedicure was thorough and super relaxing, and my feet felt so soft afterward. My acrylic French tips turned out beautifully clean, even, and exactly the look I was hoping for. They paid attention to the shape I wanted and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, I left feeling pampered and so happy with my nails. I would definitely recommend Brandon Nails Salon if you’re looking for quality service and a friendly atmosphere!

I have gone here multiple times for a massage when my regular place is to booked up. I give it this rating for many good reasons. They take you into the basement to get you away from the noise and hustle up stairs. The room is warm and nice ambience The bed has many towels to cover yourself and one for the face covering. The sheets are always very clean and warm. The tech never leaves till she is finished the massage The tech is very concerned about how you feel and if you would like more or less pressure. Great job Brandon Nail Salon and Spa.

I had my nails filled by Ana yesterday Sept 5. She was gentle and my nails feel great. Love the shape, she checked in with me a few times for length. I feel this set of nails are smooth unlike my last set from a different salon. She chatted a bit as she worked but was very focused on doi g a great job. I believe I have found my nail tech.

1st time visiting the salon last Thursday and it was a great experience. Sebastien was my tech and did an excellent job with both my hands and feet. Everyone was really nice and made you feel comfortable. Will definitely visit again!

My friend and i booked an appointment for the same time go get our old acrylic sets off and a new set. they told us they’d start my nails at 4 and hers at 4:30. They started mine at 4:15 and hers at around 5:20. They should've just told us the appointment wouldn't have worked so we didn't waste our time instead of them being so money hungry they couldn't say no to an extra two appointments (that they didn’t have time for because they always overbook). The nail tech was also very rough and cut mine and my friends fingers with the drill in multiple spots. We were both very disappointed in our experience here and probably wont return. Time management is poor with booking all the time and the time they get you in is often 10-40 minutes later than they say you’re booked in for. i feel like you should have more than 1 nail tech for two people. My one nail was also completely pointing to the right, i asked for it to be fixed and she didn't really know what was wrong with it. Overall it took 2 and a half hours for our appointments. Should’ve been 1-1.5 hours maximum. Very disappointed
