Ryan's Nails

I thought they did a good job at first. Five days later all my gel nails were peeling or chipped. They said they would only fix nails for up to three days. I would understand if it was only one nail but it was all of them.

I felt so Welcome. When I went in Julie talked to me. Yes me, I felt like a customer an old friend. We laughed and talked. I was not a dollar sign to them. I was treated and well. The price is great! Better than other places. I no longer look like I have fat fingers. AKA duck fingers. And they have TONS of colors to choose from. I like them s lot. It is a bit of a drive, that's okay though. I will drive there.

I went in for a scheduled appointment for a nail fill on Saturday at 3:00 pm. Julie is the girl who did my nails. The whole time she was doing my nails, she talked on the phone to one of her friends/family. This morning, all of the nail polish on my one of my fingers on the left hand side was lifted up off the nail. I have fingernail polish on my skin around some, not all of my nails. This was the absolute worst nail fill I have ever had in my life. Julie was rude by being on the phone and she was obviously more into her phone conversation than she was in filling my nails. I will never go there again. There are many better places where you get good customer service and they do a good job. After leaving this review and a phone call at Ryan’s Nails, Julie immediately called me and made an appointment for me to go in and have my nails repaired. To my surprise, she removed the polish on every nail and repainted them all. Julie apologized profusely about the polish lifting on my nails. She told me that she takes pride in her work and will be happy to repair a nail at any time. I appreciated her being so willing to repair my nails. I would definitely go back to Julie again now. She was extremely sweet and did an excellent job with the repairs.

These people are hard workers! I was able to have a walk in appointment yesterday and the nicest woman helped fix my nails. I needed a fill and she made sure to take extra care of freshening up each nail and really focused on reshaping, smoothing, and correcting the shape. They came out beautifully!

I have been going to Ryan's Nails for years now. My usual tech is Julie and she makes me laugh and does a good job. I have had each of the techs there do my nails (acrylic set with gel polish, sometimes pedicure) and they are each wonderful! You want to call ahead and schedule because they get filled up. Clean, friendly, affordable, large polish selection.
