Mimi really took her time and made me feel so comfortable. I’ve never had my nails done by someone so relaxed and obviously determined to get every detail right. I love how they turned out!

I went there with my sister today for the first time, and they had the best vibes ever! I never laughed so hard, such amazing fun ladies, it’s a whole vibe! And my feet look amazing! We came here by just driving by, and they had openings! I will definitely come back, I’ve never been to a place like this where the whole place was laughing and talking back and forth from one side to the next! And the services was on point I got the premium pedicure, and I just realized I need to do this more often. Shoot just Induldge in yourself once in a while, best self care! And this is my spot now I’ll be coming back here from now on!

Genuinely I loved this place before today, I specifically go here for the staff. I called ahead and they were a bit busy so they asked me to come in at 1:30 (an hour after I called) That wasn’t an issue at all, I get there at my appointment time and they are still very busy, again that’s understandable it’s Friday. I had a seat and began waiting. More clients with appointments after mine came in and it was definitely starting to get crowded. I sat there for an hour while 2 other clients were taken care of before me that had 2pm appointments (they said their appointment time out loud when arriving as did I) Not once did I get an update on time or did anyone speak to me after asking me to sit and wait. Just go somewhere else, they clearly have enough clientele to ignore customers they don’t deem as important as others. I just wanted a basic manicure, nothing crazy. Genuinely don’t understand why I was treated this way.

It makes me sad to write this review, but today was the first time I've left this place unhappy. Everyone who works here is so friendly and nice every time I get a pedicure. Today, I walked in for my appointment and there were two people getting pedicures. Not sure how long they'd been there, but they were still getting their legs massaged when my pedicure was finished. I've never felt rushed here, but today was an exception. My technician was hurrying to help someone who came in after me. If you get lucky and get a pedicure without being rushed it's a 10/10 experience. Sadly, I probably won't be back.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Im not a local but needed a fill and Kelsey was amazing. Friendly, polite, and VERY good at what she does. Whenever I'm in town, I will definitely be back. Bonus - very affordable! The fill was $40 and then $15 for the shaping and ombre.
