I 10/10 highly recommend going to see Shelby! To give a little backstory; I am currently one month postpartum and was having a hard time with my hair being long as it didn’t feel like me anymore. It was also making me super frustrated as it would get in the way of breastfeeding and it just felt so heavy on my head when I had it up. So I took some scissors to it myself. I had gone to a salon that was highly recommended on Facebook to help clean it up and straighten the edges and the first salon I went to make it so uneven and botched that I had so many different lengths in my hair. She also took it up way too high and took off a lot more length than I wanted. Needless to say I left in tears. After leaving the first salon I went in search of a better salon to help me fix her mistake and my hair. Textures salon was highly recommended to me, more specifically Shelby was highly recommended. She was so sweet and was able to fit me in last minute and help me fix my hair. She listened to my concerns as well as what I was wanting and gave her feedback as well on something she could do to fix my hair. She made me feel so welcomed and safe to leave my hair in her hands and my hair turned out so good! And with how emotional I was she even let me cry a little in her chair! So friendly and listened!!!! Walked out loving my hair (even though it’s shorter than I originally wanted) but she fixed it up so nicely! Thank you so much Shelby for making a very emotional freshly postpartum mom feel like herself again! You’ve got yourself a new client from here on! I just moved to Utah not too long ago, my mother and I had been going to the same hair stylist for years back in Vegas before moving here. I even did the 8-hour drive (once) to go back to Vegas to get my hair done, I knew I couldn't keep doing that. I had switched hair stylists once before and they had completely ruined my hair, so initially I was obviously skeptical of going to a new stylist. Then along came Kylie B. She put all my fears to rest the moment I sat down in her chair. She was very upfront about the cost and told me about the entire process for my hair and what to expect throughout the process. She made me feel so safe and secure and, in the process, gave me my dream hair that I can't stop looking at or playing with. My hair is my biggest confidence boost and Kylie makes me feel like the most beautiful woman in the room every time I leave that salon. Kylie will constantly ask after my appointment is done and when my hair is styled if there is anything that I would like fixed, not once has she done something I didn't like. Kylie not only does mine and my mom's hair, but she also does my brother's hair and my grandmother's hair. I get constant compliments on my hair whenever I leave my house and have given out her information to many different people who are interested in getting their hair done by Kylie. I will recommend everyone and anyone to her. Thank you, Kylie, for everything! You are truly amazing at your craft; you are one amazing artist. (Before and after photos of my dream hair)

Annette is AMAZING! If you can get in with her, GO! I've been coming to Annette since 2018, and without a doubt, she is so great. From various haircuts and coloring (because I've gone from blonde, BRIGHT red, brown, and now back light... I can't rave enough about her. She does it right without damaging my hair, and she's so incredibly kind, too, so that's always refreshing.

This was my first time visiting this salon. Overall aesthetics: very cozy and comfortable. Salon was clean, well organized, cute decor and even played great music. They offer water and snacks as well. I booked an appointment with Kylie B. a few weeks prior and we exchanged photos/inspiration ideas regarding what I was looking to have done. A beautiful blending of some greys and some lightening. She listened to exactly what look I was going for and she did her magic! It came out even better than how I imagined it would and I am thrilled! I had a not so great experience at a different salon out of State and Kylie fixed all of their mistakes. I have very long hair and she was super patient and gentle. She's great at explaining the steps and what it is she's doing so you are aware of the process. Great conversation and a very personable stylist. My hair came out beautiful!! I am so impressed with her expertise. I highly recommend Kylie!

Textures Salon is great, and Destiny is the best! Whether it's (invisible bead) extensions, color/highlights, haircut, or styling, Destiny is your go-to girl. She is meticulous in her work and pays special attention to all your requests. You will not be disappointed!
