Essence Nails & Spa

I called today for a GelX fill and they got me right in! I drove from 2 hours away, as we are visiting family in a small rural town. Let me tell you, it was TOTALLY worth it! One of the owners did my GelX fill and listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't argue or try to get me to do something he preferred! My nails look FABULOUS just in time for the dedication of our grandson tomorrow! 💕 I will be back thru Provo on the way back and forth to Delta, so I WILL be stopping in for my 3 week nail appts here! It's newly remodeled inside, super clean and he even let me babble on about my love of all foods from the Pacific Rim! 😂

I love essence nails! They always do such a good job. The store is comfortable and clean. I took my 2 year old daughter with me to get pedicures and they were so nice and accommodating. She had so much fun!

The nail artists at this spa are very accommodating, quick, and did an excellent job. I went to get manicures with my sister and she said that it was the best experience she has had. We both left very happy! Thank you :)

Yes, I am an old person! I garden, take care of two large doggies, and run an art gallery. If they can make my hands look this good, it's a miracle! I like to stop (I live in a really rural place) on the way to the airport so I can look better on a trip. Gel is amazing. It's clean and tidy and they are always super nice even when it's busy.

I have been coming here for over 10 years. And I am so sad to be writing this review. Over the last couple years I couldn’t help but think they really needed to update the place. Broken tv, broken massage chairs, and you can tell they don’t deep clean the place. Recently the last couple times we have gone my nails have not been great and I have left upset with the quality of my nails. My husband went with me to get a pedicure and he told me they cut his nail too short and that it hurt pretty bad. Now a few weeks later his toe has been killing him. He can’t sleep and this morning couldn’t walk. We thought it was an ingrown toenail but now have found out it is an infection. It is really bad and is in need of antibiotics. They had to cut into an abscess and drain out a ton of fluid that was causing a ton of inflammation and pain in his toe. I’m frustrated that this has happened and that the people running this business haven't taken the time to update and keep a clean and safe place for the customers who have been around for years. Sadly we won’t be going anymore because this took it over the edge for us. I enjoyed my time chatting with the workers and getting to know them but for our health it’s best we go somewhere else.
