2025-12-01I went in for one of their packages. It was a 2 hour massage with mud mask, scalp massage, and 90 min pedicure. Great staff and environment. Super clean with a great lockerroom to get ready in. Waiting room was low lit and very comfortable. Hayden was my massage. Great hands, I like a deep, lots of pressure and he did just that. Brittany handled my pedicure and she treated me with the best customer service. Very personable and did an amazing job on my old feet! Highly recommend this place to anyone!

2025-02-14I had the pleasure of experiencing the Spa De-Stress package at New Image which included a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. It was an absolutely wonderful experience! Each of my services was exceptional, the providers were professional, kind, and well trained. The atmosphere and little extras made all the difference! I especially loved the electrolyte water offered after each service. The relaxation room was nice, the facility was clean, and I definitely plan on going back.

During the massage my therapist, Ali, made sure to listen to me about what spots needed more TLC and which ones i needed less pressure on. She’s great! I recently upgraded my massage to a scalp treatment and it was amazing!! Just what this tired mama needed. Thank you. ❤️

2025-10-27My massage with Ally was just what I needed to get through the day. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment at 9am, even with my last minute scheduling. The online booking was easy, check in was smooth, and the facility is beautiful! Ally made great recommendations for future massages and I added on the magnesium spray. She informed me it’s made in house! I can hardly wait to come back. Oh, and the complimentary frozen grapes were a refreshing touch. Thanks for the care and relaxation!
