This was my first time getting nail extensions, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Sam was amazing, she took me in the same day, which I really appreciated. The salon is very clean and well-maintained, and all the tools were properly sanitized. I also loved how private the nail room is, it made the whole experience feel more relaxing and personal. She was not only friendly and professional, but her work exceeded my expectations. My nails turned out beautiful! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality nail services.

I went to Nails by Sam today because my regular salon didn’t have availability and boy am I extremely glad I did. Not only are my nails the best I’ve ever had, the cleanliness, friendliness, and amazing quality of work is unmatched. The environment is so calming and relaxing. Sam is so friendly and kind and made sure I was happy every step of the way. My nails look so good, the shape, quality and color are perfect. She takes her time and you can tell she cares about her clients. I got a sugar hand scrub, hot wax on my hands, she gives a neck massage and finishes off with lovely smelling lotion on your hands/arms. I will be coming back over and over. I’m so excited and happy to finally have found my new favorite nail salon. I highly, highly recommend!! 10/10

I went to nails by Sam for a pedicure on my lunch break and I will definitely be doing it again! Sam’s location is conveniently located off the Milford oval with plenty of parking. The inside is lovely with lots of plants and a relaxing ambiance. She did a fantastic job and the products she uses smell great with absolutely 0 unpleasant chemical smells that I usually experience in nail salons. 10/10 will go back!

Today was my first visit to Sam and will definitely not be the last! My pedicure today was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. The salon itself is calming, and she takes just one client at a time so it is peaceful, not noisy and frantic like some other salons I’ve been to. I don’t normally enjoy pedicures - I tolerate them. Sam made the process relaxing and pleasant. It really is a different sort of place. It’s an oasis in a sea of noise and chatter. Try it - you won’t be disappointed.
