I had a terrible experience today. Once the service was done, I still had dye all over my face and neck. The dye also got on my clothes. There were pieces of hair that weren’t dyed that were supposed to be. The whole service was extremely rushed and I was never asked if I was okay with how it looked, I was just brought immediately to the front to pay almost $100 for it 🫠 I have pictures scheduled tomorrow and I need to hurry and find someone who can fix my hair. I have pictures from my service and I also included my inspo pictures.

I went in wanting to start a new me different look and came out with my confidence so high and happy! Baylie aka @bleached.and.beached made me feel comfortable and knew exactly what I was looking for! She is so kind her positive energy made my day thank you girly! Can’t wait for next time experience 💜

Brekly did a wonderful job with my 5 yr old son. She was so patient and caring to his needs. Even though he wiggled a lot because the whole experience tickled lol she did fantastic work. Will definitely be back!

Not the place for pedicure. It took way over 2 hours and took constant corrections, about the nail shape, way the cuticles being removed (not scrubbed out) I understand it’s students working, but there was no instructor to check students work during various phases- shape, cuticles removal, nail polish application or the final work and do the correction. There was instructor trying to help student with the cuticles at some point, but l don’t think it helped… If you think this is how a pedicure should look like- I’ll take it back, but all I had was frustrating experience and mediocre at best result plus $20 I had to pay

first of all... it was my mistake to begin with for choosing to come here to dye my hair🫣 the girl who did my hair was so sweet and kind, BUT, she seemed hesitant to even do what i was asking (full head of highlights) and the instructor asked "are you sure you can do this?" from that point i should've said thank you but never mind and just left. i don't like being rude so i stayed and continued with the appointment. as she was bleaching my hair i noticed a decent chunk of hair burned off, the roots were choppy at best and not blended whatsoever and i was freaking out. all the girl said was im so sorry and the instructor said it would be fine if i spent more money for products to fix the damage the stylist had done. i definitely was not happy with the end results which took about 5.5 hours. again it was my fault for being trusting but if the stylist wasn't confident in doing the task then the honesty would've been much appreciated from the stylist and instructor and maybe i wouldn't have had a chunk of my hair in the front be fried off. definitely keep in mind these girls are learning. the instructors were definitely not very good at instructing as they were more focused on decorating the place for halloween. i contemplated even writing this review since this was in late october but i get upset and frustrated everyday trying to blend the fried chunk of hair so it's not too noticeable (it is very noticeably fried). i will not be going back ever again and proceed with caution when coming to a cosmetology school for any services.
