The Nail Lounge

I’m posting this from my wife’s account because I can’t remember my google password. In all of the pedicures I have gotten over the years, Maria’s is the first time my feet have not been hurt in some way. She was very professional and detail oriented. In addition, she’s very polite and easy to talk with. She is a great spirit. I will be coming back. Gary.

Best place in town, I’m only going to Maria from now on. So sweet, massage chairs were the best, ambience is awesome and relaxing, so clean and professional. Treat yourself here !

Unfortunately, my daughter’s experience today at The Nail Lounge was less than ideal. She & her friend called beforehand & made an appointment for a fill and some gel nails. When they arrived, the employees neglected to greet them or welcome them to the business. When someone finally acknowledged my daughter, it was to tell her to “pick a color”. There were only 2 employees, who were already in the middle of giving someone else pedicures. My daughter chose to still get her nails done, even though they could no longer do both hers and her friend’s at the same time. She instantly regretted it when the employee was rather rough with her hands & fingers while filing and maneuvering them. The employee told her that she “didn’t have the energy to talk to her while she was working since she was too tired”, which can be absolutely understandable. What isn’t acceptable is how rough she was with her physically and the horrible quality of the manicure. The employee only painted one coat of a very pale pink polish, resulting in a nearly transparent coat of translucent pink tint. My daughter is 18 & works hard for the small paychecks she receives. When she chooses to spend her hard-earned money on things to pamper and reward herself, she wants it to be a positive experience. She and her friend didn’t feel valued as a customer today & were displeased with the services they received. Unfortunately, I don’t think we will be returning.

Maria is the only one I trust with my nails. I have gone to other salons before and had my nail beds ruined. She has helped them heal while still looking beautiful. Maria is a genuine kind person who radiates love. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I decided to try a new nail salon. I chose Nail Lounge and had the best experience. Went in for a pedicure, and decided to get my nails done and eyebrows waxed! Such a fun salon, and Kelly really lifted my spirits. I made a new friend today. I will be back!
