Spa One

This was my first time at Spa One and it exceeded my expectations for our little hometown!!!! From the venue to the massage therapist (Julie Johnson), everything was so spectacular and relaxing!! The venue was a lot bigger inside than I expected from the photos I’d seen. The massage was very personalized too. I got the 120min massage and it was so worth it! I was debating between the 90 or 120min, and so glad I did the longer one. Time goes by so fast in there! Great job Julie and great job Spa One! They had hair ties, mouthwash, body spray, etc in the restroom in case you need. What a welcoming & relaxing environment! I will definitely be coming back! Excited to try their other services in the future too!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the most incredible massage with Olivia at SpaOne—truly the best birthday gift to myself! From start to finish, she was attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly skilled. Her pressure was *perfect*, and she instinctively found and focused on the spots that needed the most attention. I asked for orange aromatherapy - my fav- and she suggested the addition of cedar wood. It was so wonderful! I appreciated her suggestion and the addition! She wrapped my feet in warm towels, every piece of the service was absolute perfection. One detail I especially appreciated was how she dimmed the lights when I flipped over so it wasn’t too bright—such a small thing, but it made the experience feel so personalized and relaxing. And the scalp massage? Absolute bliss. I was melting into the table. This was an amazing, rejuvenating experience, and I left feeling so happy and relaxed. If you’re booking a massage, go see Olivia—you will not regret it! 💆‍♀️✨

GO SEE AUTUMN!!!! We recently moved to the area, and the last state we lived in I had a nice spa membership and thought that I was getting amazing treatments…. FIRST VISIT with Autumn and my body responded better than months with others! After listening to my concerns and questions, she made me feel so comfortable, and everything she did felt very intentional. I cannot even stress how good I felt walking out of there. She released the tension I had been trying to do on my own so well that my lymphatic system actually responded. Never thought I’d cheer over a runny nose in my life but oh my goodness that pressure release was heavenly. Autumn earned my trust and praise wholeheartedly!

This spa is such a great experience from the second you walk into the door you feel yourself relax. I love all the services they offer and be sure to get a massage from Lisa! It’s often hard for me to describe the amount of pressure I like (basically pretty firm but also still enjoyable) and she was right on the money the whole time! Treat yourself with Spa One, you won’t regret it :)

I had an amazing 90-minute relaxing massage with Mallory today! She is incredibly attentive and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her technique was perfect — I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work.
