2024-01-10I called to get an appointment the lady who answered the phone asked me a few questions about the services I was needing. She said she would talk to the stylist asked for my phone number and would call me back. Well I never received a call back after a few days, I moved onto another salon who gladly made me an appointment . Maybe I should be grateful, if your salon can’t be responsible enough to call a potential client back how can I trust you to be responsible with my hair.
