I am very picky about my nails and have never been fully satisfied. UNTIL TODAY! I wouldn’t change one thing about my set. Veronica was so thorough and has amazing attention to detail!.

This place was amazing! I loved their staff so sweet and talkative! I have never experienced such an amazing staff and treatment unfortunately i usually get mean staff who can’t understand me well and kinda slap my hands around and seem to get annoyed with me, NOT AT THIS PLACE THOUGH they are so patient kind and understanding, I took my sister here to get her nails done for the first time she has autism and they worked well with her, the woman who did her nails even shared her own story with her son who is also on the spectrum very sweet lady she worked with her, was very nice, engaging, encouraging! We loved her! I had I think she said her name was Nicky? I think I’ll feel so bad if I got her name wrong but she was awesome and very precise with her skills! She was spot on about he design I wanted, very gentle and interactive I will definitely be coming back here! Also that was our first time there! So worth it and the price is very affordable! I was very appreciative of the price as I am on a very tight budget here during the holidays so that will also be another reason I come back here!

Used to be a regular here and it does pain me to have to part ways and write this review... the last time I got my nails done was the last straw for me, after giving this place chance after chance. They dont have many options if you are wanting options other than regular gel single color polish. The cat eye options they have is minimal, they dont really have chrome, and no one there knows how to ombre, the last girl who did my nails attempted but ended up a really deep French tip style, not ombre... and mind you I have had 2 different people try ombre, both were a fail. Now, the last girl who did my nails left my nails thick, lumpy and horribly shaped, the gel polish was just horrible, she was noticeably rushing through the whole appointment and she clearly did NOT care how my nails were going to look. She also cut me several times while filing. When it came to charge me, somehow it ended up almost $80 for nails that were just awful. Of course I tipped because im too nice, adding another $15... around 95 total.. but I didn't have any previous nails to take off which they charge for, so im not sure exactly what she added on for it to cost as much as it did. After asking to her fix things along the appointment (can you fix this nail, can you file this nail more etc), I just gave up because it was obvious she just wanted to be done. **I ended up having to go home and order a gel polish, gel LED lamp, and a whole bunch of other tools to fix my OWN NAILS, that I paid a professional to do** no one here knows how to do nails. and they dont even want to do your nails.

They're super friendly and helpful! The tech who did my nails told me that she had only been doing nails for two months, and she did fabulous. I tried doing my nails on my own for the first time today and I wasn't happy with it so I went here and not only did she make them look beautiful but showed me a couple of techniques for putting the polish on, and gave me some tips on what products to use to make it easier. So next time I try it on my own I'll be better prepared, I may just keep going here though. The prices are great and they're so friendly!

I walked before they closed, and the owner stayed past closing time to get my mani-pedi done. The place was very clean. The massage chairs seem brand new. She did an amazing job and never rushed through getting them done. They have so many other services like a Head Spa, wax, lashes. 👌
