First of all I did not get 10% off. I forgot that was included and they did not remind me. Lisa did my nails and they did come out nice. She was on a call almost the whole time so I think she got a little distracted. I did not get my nails properly manicured but the dip nails came out nice. And her partner worked on my feet who was also on that call and must have been somewhat distracted as well because he completely forgot to paint one of my pinky toe nails. Unfortunately I did not notice until I was long gone and don't live in that area. I just trusted they were all painted and was too relaxed after being the the massage chair for 2 hours to inspect before I left. Over all nice staff but I do think they could provide a better service if they wanted.

I hate to do this because the staff is always so sweet, inviting, and attentive. But, the experience I had to day was an adventure to say the least. I had a male worker I have not had yet do my pedicure today. To start, he chose a scent of his own liking for my pedicure, which I would’ve asked to change if I had known. The scent was peppermint which is no problem at all, but my skin is relatively sensitive, so I would’ve chosen a scent that was a little gentler on the skin. Then, when scrubbing my legs with the exfoliant, I noticed he was being a little more abrasive than the usual, but it wasn’t enough for me to be too extremely bothered. But then, once he put the smoothing massage lotion on my skin after, I knew something was off. As I said before, my skin can be slightly sensitive, but the burning pain I was experiencing was NOT normal. My legs started turning red, with slight irritation spots and it wasn’t until after I was able to get the lotion off that I realized why i was in so much pain. He had scraped off the top layer of my skin in multiple locations with the scrub, and I forgot to mention earlier, I had been cut several times around the ankle with the pumice stone. Sadly, this was the aftermath of my experience today, as seen in the pictures. The last two pictures are an update on how my legs are looking at the end of the day with treatment… they look awful and I hate posting how disgusting they look, but I’d hate for this to happen to someone else.

What an awful experience today. I’ve come twice and they did my nails well, but pedicure chipped within an hour. But I came back because they were nice. I’ll never come again. I asked for tips, pink & white. And a gel pedicure because it might not chip. I wanted to relax… The pedicure water was scalding. There was a child playing a noisy game on their phone who kept running up to have his mom change things on the phone in the middle of the session. No relaxation for me here. And then I noticed she was doing my nails some other way with colored powder. So she had to take it off and start over. That water was also scalding. I had glue stuck to my fingers. I had part of the powder solidified on my fingers. She didn’t do the basic manicure that I asked, and went over to another client. I had to call her back and ask why I wasn’t getting cuticles done like I asked. The shape is beautiful but not the shape I asked for. But I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want her to have to take them off a second time and start over yet again. This lady speaks good English so I don’t know what the problem was. Pedicure was great, from a gentleman except for the scalding.

So so bad every single time. I’ve given this salon so many chances and now I’ll never again return. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The techs do not know what they are doing and they use terrible quality products. It looks like a toddle did my nails every single time. They are never even close to any picture I show them, and I do very simple designs. The old man is the absolute worst it’s almost comical how bad he is. The nails are never the same length, they don’t know all of the steps for acrylic and dip so they never look clean or last longer than a few days. When they do French tip, the line is never clean. AVOID this place entirely. They also charge way too much and obviously cut corners to save money. These pics are right after getting my nails done. SOOOO BAD.

First time coming to this nail salon and Nancy did such an amazing job!! Also had such a great price!! Definitely coming back!!
