2025-10-31The experience was less than luxurious, one of the nail techs had on a vulgar T-shirt. I didn't want to let that be a bias, but as the appointment went on, I felt uncomfortable. The techs were unfriendly and not helpful. They seemed annoyed when I asked for help with a color. My granddaughter has ended up with an infection on one finger and is on strong antibiotics and had to have the infection site drained. The salon is unsanitary and it's definitely not professional.

2025-10-19I went in Friday afternoon got a full set and pedicure. While she was doing my pedicure I felt her pull something out of my right big toe it hurt at first then when I left my big toe has been in so much pain recently I have two ingrowns on both of my big toes. Waco nail please disinfect all of your tools as a nurse you’re supposed to be disinfecting all of your tools before our next client, including your fingernail clippers y’all have a barbercide Certification on your wall, use it barbercide Is used for disinfecting no wonder y’all get all these bad reviews. I’ve only been to y’all twice and I’ve never had two ingrown on my big toes. I am very dissatisfied with the work that was done on my toes.

2025-05-27I’ve been here twice now and my nails have been beautiful and cheap every time! the prices are amazing and my nails always turn out exactly like my inspo pic. All of the ladies are so kind and talkative, which i love! This is my go-to nail place!!

2024-03-15Very good service! Kind people and ours nails look awesome!! Plus we came in as walk-ins and they got to us immediately. As someone who knows I have crooked nails my guy did an amazing job by not making it look crooked. He was also very kind and made some jokes and most of the staffs english was excellent/enough to understand. When me and my sister were checking out the lady who helped us pay was so patient and so appreciative it was quite adorable. As a person who doesn’t like going and getting my nails done because someone always cut my skin this place was perfect about being careful yet speedy. I will 110% be returning when I need my nails done again. I absolutely love it this place and their service!!!
