Ida Nail of Southlake

Would give more stars if I could. Moved out of state and have never had such a hard time saying goodbye to a nail salon. The owners will be VERY missed and I will be back whenever I am in town for a visit. Andy has gifted me with my best nails over the years and I will never forget my positive experiences at Ida Nail! 💖

I started coming here a few months ago and I must say the customer service is unmatched. The owners here really do care about their customers and that speaks volumes about the business. If something is wrong, they will fix it. No questions asked. They want to make sure that you leave happy which is very hard to find, especially in Southlake. Ann has been EXCELLENT the last couple of times that I’ve done my dip powder. She is patient and pays attention to detail. She will ask you along the way if everything looks good, which again means she cares about her customers and the quality of her work. I will request her every time because she is awesome! I’ve had a couple of pedicures here and they have been OK. I really care about the massage and the final product which is the polish at the end. I haven’t had the best experience so I will just ask for a different tech next time, but I will still give them five stars because of their quality of service is unbeatable. Love this place and will continue to recommend them to others.

12/1 Dipmani, color 100. Very nice small family owned business ❤️ I had a great experience. I personally prefer a complete soak off with dip. However they do a combo of drill/file and acetone wrap for removals. They’re very clean! They were really nice, asked if I liked my nails along the way, had a great color selection. Will definitely come back! ——— 12/23 Came back for a family pedicure with everyone in tow! They were super accommodating and got us all on the schedule together. My mom had such a great experience, and we were all super relaxed. Can’t wait to come back again!

Since moving to the area, I’ve struggled to find a good salon that still had reasonable prices. Ida Nails went above and beyond what I was looking for. They are a family owned business and extremely friendly. The quality of their service is great. I’ve had the pleasure of having Andy and Cindy do my dip nails. It turned out great every time. The salon is clean and does not reek of acetone like many other places. I will definitely be coming back here.
