KDL Nail Lounge

Love KDL Lounge. I have been visiting for about three years. Owner is friendly and remembers my name as well as other customers who come in. I have always been treated with kindness. Very inviting. My go to nail techs are April and Karen. They are so sweet and informative as well. I’m a frequent customer. Every 3 to 4 weeks.

This was my first time coming here, I had such a great experience with Mimi, she was very attentive and did not rush through, I arrived at 7pm and she was very sweet and took her time to make sure I was happy. The previous place where I had gone unfortunately did a terrible job and she was able to fix and shape them nicely. I was so happy when I left. I definitely will be returning and recommend Mimi.

I don’t know what’s going on with this place and it’s pedicures but the last three pedicures I have received from this place. I’ve had to go back and have it corrected and I’m contemplating on going back to have it once again corrected tomorrow. It is too expensive for a job that looks like a five-year-old has done. $67 dollars plus tip for this. I don’t recommend pedicures here

DO NOT RECOMMEND First time at this salon. Greeted with the tude. Went in as a walk-in to simply just remove my dip that was lifting…kept pestering for other treatment and or nail set, “No just removal, thank you”. As she (has braces) was removing the dip, my left pointer finger had major lifting and so she just all recklessly peeled it off causing breakage to my actual nail that I had been growing for a month for healthy, long nails, I was waiting for an apology of some sort cause the reason I came to just remove the dip and had dip to begin with was to maintain my nails that I have been growing out. So as time goes by and she wraps up…I come to check that removal of simple dip is $15 dollars plus $2 dollars if you’re using card. Removal at a neighboring salon is $5 dollars and with more care and awareness to natural nails. DO NOT RECOMMEND horrible place and a money hungry salon. The audacity of ruining natural nails, no apology or awareness that what she did was wrong, and almost $20 dollars for ruining my natural nails that I said to not cut or do anything with but remove the dip. Do not spend your money here.

I can confidently say this was the worst massage I’ve ever gotten. I got a classic pedicure from Peter. The tools he used did not come from a sealed package like I am use to. Once he scrubbed my feet he set the scrubber in the floor and picked it back up to use it again. He also kept spraying my feet with what I assume was alcohol because it burned. Anything I said to him was replied with silence. I told him the massage chair wasn’t working properly and again no answer. He seemed like he was in a giant rush and busy watching a movie in his IPad while working on my feet. I was massaged with some strange liquid in an unmarked bottle with what I thought might be lotion. It was my first time here and I was completely unimpressed. I was not offered a list of different pedicures they have much less a smile from anyone in the building who wasn’t a customer. I would like to give this place another shot because the guy across from me seemed to be loving his pedicure.
