First things first, they are under new ownership and the “bad reviews” are from the previous workers/owners, it’s a completely new crew/owners. Now honestly words cant even explain how awesome the service was. Hands down the best service I have ever gotten, they are so friendly and took such great care of my girls and I. They took their time and listened to every detail, and made sure we were satisfied. They have made regulars out of us for sure! Sweet people and amazing work.

They are so personable and listen/learn your likes and dislikes so the next time you walk in there they know right where to start. Every time I am there they greet everyone by name and ask about kids/family/work etc. They truly care about their customers ♥️ And then of course kill every set! 🔥 If anyone is looking for a great salon, definitely check them out! They are right there in the forum so pretty convenient to everyone in this area.

After trying out several nail salons, I'm so happy to say that I've finally found my go-to spot. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the attention to detail and personalized service. Super Ryan listened carefully to my preferences and exceeded my expectations, delivering exactly what I wanted from preserving the health of my natural nails to creating the exact nail design I asked for. Everyone at the salon took their time to ensure a perfect result, and I couldn't be happier I love my nails. Thank you to the entire team for a great experience. I'll definitely be back!

I always went to one salon but haven't been very happy with them. Saw 5 Star one day and decided to give them a try. Mom loved them when I brought her and so I came back again. Needless to say they are my new place to go and get a wonderful service. So friendly and very attention to detail oriented. First salon to not hurt my fingers during a manicure as well. So my sister and I had been seeing Super Ryan since I was in high school back in 2016, I am now 26 and I can tell you he is still just as amazing as back then! I wish I took before pictures of my nails, but for some context I had an event that I needed to go to and I ended up getting my nails done somewhere else due to last minute timing and location (I live over by SeaWorld and YES I USUALLY DRIVE THAT FAR FOR RYAN ITS WORTH IT) Long story short my experience there at the other place was HORRIBLE! And before anyone says, yes I know I shouldn't have gone somewhere else, and yes I have learned my lesson 🤣 Anyways I was able to make my appointment with Ryan to get my nails fixed and yet again another AMAZING set, I'm so in love I can't stop staring at my nails! I told him what I did and didn't want in the screenshots I provided and he did the damn thing and KILLED IT! We didn't know what to add on the index because i wasnt a fan of the stars and he just made the spider and thought it was the cutest touch!! He never ceases to amaze me and I tell him that literally soo many times during our appointments! He's also a great time and not only does he pay attention to detail on nails but in the store itself. He's always greeting everyone and making sure everyone is good in the shop, it's great to see him being so involved with everyone there! Never again will I go anywhere else or see anyone else! Unless it's his wife Annie of course cause she also does amazing work! ❤️
