Kim did my pedicure and it was amazing. I got the organic pedicure with gel polish. She was very meticulous with the cuticle cleaning and did an amazing job at the massage. It also came with an amazing neck massage and a warm neck pillow. 🥰. Vicky did my dip nails and she was wonderful. I’ve been to other salons that force you to add a nail tip to the top even when I ask for it to be short. Vicky does not do that. She respects my requests and does the dip on my real nails. I loved her attention to detail and care. She also gave an amazing had massage. I took my mom here before as well and they did an amazing job on her even though it was close to the end of the day. I’ve been to tons of salons in this area. This one is the best secret. It’s a small space with only 8ish pedicure chairs but it’s not rushed, the quality is amazing, they take their time and their work is amazing. The prices are also really good. I will definitely be back again. Update: Second time back and it was amazing again! Vicky did my perfect pedicure abs Lily did amazing almond shape with design! Love this place.

I have to make my nails go as far as possible. I run a rescue and I work full time. Lily uses acrylic for me and she uses the dip colors to create a beautiful, professional looking nail. I always choose the glitter nail color because it is much harder to chip and lasts longer. Today instead of taking off my old glitter color I asked her to simply use silver and fill with the silver bringing it over the gold rust color that I previously had I guess in hair color they would call this and ombre look. I don't know for sure but I am so pleased with the results and the fact that Lily was able to give me what I asked for. It took so much less time, it was 35 for the fill. I left a $10 tip for Lily and I'm very happy.

Lily did my nails and they are beautiful. Kim did my pedicure and she did great considering I hate people touching my feet. I am happy with the service. They were super nice and I am thankful for my nails for my wedding. 💅❤️

Pros: • Beautiful salon setup; very clean and nicely decorated • Staff were extremely kind and accommodating Cons / Overall Experience: Unfortunately, my overall experience leaned negative. While I understand that not all staff have the same skill level, I requested a simple and very specific design (French tips with a thin silver line where the white begins) that I’ve had done successfully at multiple other salons. This should not have been a difficult request, but the design was repeatedly done incorrectly. The issues included: • Using gel when I specifically requested regular polish • Layering polish before it was dry, resulting in noticeable smudging • Uneven line thickness and inconsistent details • Multiple rushed attempts needed to fix the same mistakes, still not yielding desired outcome My nail tech genuinely tried to correct the issues, and I appreciate their effort. However, I wish they had been upfront if this design was beyond their skill level. I was told the imperfections were because I requested regular polish instead of gel, but I’ve had this exact look done with regular polish elsewhere without problems. The main difference was that other salons take their time and allow adequate drying — here, it felt rushed. I eventually asked for the design to be removed, and they were kind enough to switch me to a different polish and did not charge me for the French tips, which I appreciated. Additionally, the cuticle work was extremely aggressive. One of my nail beds ended up bleeding, which has never happened to me before. Bottom Line: The staff were friendly, but the service itself didn’t feel professional, and the results were not up to standard. Unfortunately, I don’t plan to return.

I went to La Rose for about 3 years when I lived in the area. I was a regular with Lilly, highly recommend. I am sad that we had to relocate states a few months back because I have not found a nail salon that does great work like she does. I always showed her a picture and she matched it almost exact or even better. I def miss coming here. When I do come to town to visit family I will definitely be making an appointment. I wanted to leave this review because we did have to relocate pretty quickly due to my husbands job relocating us and I never got to say goodbye to them or her!
