2024-03-17Jessica did such an awesome job!!! Recommended 10/10 Update post - I went this past week to get my nails done for my son’s birthday. I’m really upset because I do go here (previous pictures & review^) But this time the lady that did my nails did not care about doing anything but going home. She rushed through and scratched my nails and then tried to cover it up with polish, TWO of my nails have broke already. I hope whoever gets her gets a better review.

My nail technician didn’t speak English, but a translator helped communicate what I wanted, so language wasn’t an issue. However, throughout the appointment, the technician frequently checked her phone, either for messages or to watch something, which felt unprofessional.Unfortunately, my nails didn’t fully dry, as they started chipping the next day, even though it had not been a full week. I was charged $60 for a dip manicure, which I felt was high given that they didn’t last. Additionally, both pinky nails were very thick, causing discomfort for a day or two. The receptionist was friendly, but based on my experience, I don’t plan to return.
