Update as of 4:45pm 11/26: just called the salon to see if something could be worked out and I would remove my review because I wanted to give them a chance. They told me because it was past 3 days there was nothing they can do and that even if the policy was 7 days which I read somewhere in the reviews, it would be too late after returning from my vacation which is actually my HONEYMOON. There was no compassion whatsoever and I am disappointed in their response. 0 stars!! Came here for my birthday and vacation nails on 11/21. Today is 11/26 and my acrylic on my toenail has already come off. The girl who did my fullset was very sweet but this is not quality work. I had to leave to pack for my vacation the next day so I didn’t have time to have her fix them but I don’t think it’s right to let someone walk out with their nails looking like this.. especially after paying $95 for my hands alone. This is my second time going and I thought it would be a better experience but it wasn’t. Wouldn’t recommend.

I've gotten my nails done here twice and both times I have been incredibly happy with the result. I really recommend mr. Henry as he was an absolute delight and paid attention to very small details that many other artists wouldn't have seen. From the front counter to receiving your care is very speedy as they have great service. They are a bit pricey, but so so worth it. Many places are charging the same while not doing half as well of a job, I got my nails done plain black and that acrylic set was $55 which isn't bad at all, the first time I had went, I went with inspiration (that pic off Google) and I was NOT disappointed. The nails came out exact, however it was $120. I also got a pedicure and took my mom that time who also got a pedicure and a full acrylic, I think it ended up being a little over $300 including tip. Which again isn't bad. They do nails great and they're beautiful company. Highly recommend!!! 💕💕 The only thing I would say is that they do automatically put gel nail polish on your toes unless you tell them specifically not to and they do charge extra for gel.... at least this happened in my experience with nail polish.

But here’s the quick version: Salon: Texas Nail Bar in Mesquite Total Paid: • $85 for my nails • $50 (possibly $55) for my pedicure • $20 for a kid’s pedicure (for my 8-year-old niece) The Good: The staff was professional, sweet, and welcoming. The shop was clean and relaxing, and they even offered complimentary cocktails while we got our services done. We didn’t have to wait at all, which was a plus since I brought my niece along. The Nails: I always let the nail tech freestyle to see their skill level without much direction. But this time… I’m giving my nails a 3 out of 10. Why? Because the shapes were inconsistent, none of them matched, and a few of the nails are going sideways. I’ve been doing nails for years myself, so I know exactly what to look for when it comes to shaping, structure, and nail bed work—and this set just didn’t deliver. I tried to find something to like about them, but overall, I hated how they came out. The Pedicure: Now my pedicure was a much better experience! I tried a new color and loved it. The technician was friendly and detailed. I would’ve liked a bit more scrubbing, but I’ll still give the pedicure a solid 8 out of 10. My Niece’s Pedicure: She got a basic kid’s pedicure for $20, and she enjoyed it, so I’m happy with that!

First time I have visited this salon. Everyone knows it's hard to find a good nail place. They did amazing. I visited on October 9th just now getting to the review. I do not remember the techs name but she was amazing. All the ladies there were very friendly when I entered and while I was there. I will definitely be coming back.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS, then I would!! I had a terrible experience here. The lady that was taking care of my nails was extremely rude and unprofessional. She also was being extremely aggressive with my nails and each time I would tell her hey this hurts she would mock me, and I didn’t appreciate it, and there were witnesses that were around me as well that saw it and even the person that was doing someone’s nails next to her kept on looking at her. He probably looked at her at least 10-15 times because of how rude and aggressive she was being. 2. I asked to look at the price menu since it WASN’T shown to me prior, or during my service. When I looked I decided I didn’t want French tip anymore. And I just wanted to pay for my fill w/ cut down which was suppose to be 35. But she started doing the most so I asked for the manager and the manager said he would look up the interaction and when he did he didn’t see anything of her telling me a price, so he left that out. But told me that my nails were a different color than when I came in??? Below you’ll see a pictute of the nails in question as far as what my nails looks like before and after. They were just rude, unprofessional and racist. & why they call the cops ? I never said I wasn’t gonna pay. But I’m going to pay for what I got. Which was a cut down with same color fill. But it’s alright. I’ll never come here again. & if you’d like to be treated with human decency I suggest you don’t come here either.
