Pine Tree Nails

The dip nails with tip are lumpy, not all the same shape and after just four days the gel polish on a couple of them is literally peeling off. I paid $75 dollars for this set and when I have tried to contact the salon they don’t answer and no voice mail. I sent an email on their website but still no response. Absolutely poor customer service. I have been three times and have yet to have a decent visit. Will not be going back except to get my money back for this set.

This was one of the first pedicures I’ve gotten and I’m so glad I came here! Tina did a great job and I will be coming back! The massage chair was great and my feet and legs look and feel fantastic!! I can recommend her for sure.

Will absolutely be coming back! The owner, Ms Kimberly, made it a point to come introduce herself and let me know that they would all speak English, since I speak English. Ivy did a FANTASTIC job on my nails and the best lash extensions I’ve ever had. While getting my nails done, T and I had a great conversation about life and kids. Definitely my “go-to” place from now on!!!!

Been wanting to try them for a long time but as a walk in they were always really busy. Today though they had time and I absolutely love everything about this little place. The quality to the price is phenomenal!!! Amazing service from the employees! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I would recommend making an appointment, which I will be doing from now on. The time the nail tech took to make sure I loved the finished product is leaps and bounds ahead of anywhere else in Longview. I wanted something specific due to my job having restrictions on nails and I definitely got it here💕

Joann is the only nail tech I've found here who can do amazing character work!! Shes so talented with every set she's done and I wouldn't pick anyone else to do my nails!!!
