I have been going to Angela for over a year! She is by far the best nail tech I have EVER been to. She is incredible. Angela is consistent, talented, receptive, patient (as I change my color choice a million times in a visit haha), and her attention to detail is incredible. She took into consideration that I work blue collar so she adjusted thickness, and I have only broken 3 nails over the past year (extremely impressive for what I put them through). I have NEVER had a single bad experience at Nails Makeover. I’ve been searching for a new nail studio and tech since moving from Fort Worth, and I’m so glad I found this place! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Angela was my nail tech, and she was absolutely AMAZING. Kind, funny, and incredibly detail-oriented—she truly understood my vision. I came in wanting short, French tip builder gel, and I’m super particular about how it’s done. She not only nailed the look (literally!) but exceeded my expectations. You can tell she loves what she does and takes pride in her work. My search is officially over, and I already can’t wait for my next appointment!

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Rude Attitude. I came in with my sisters and girls for a gel pedicure and chose the Refresh Package based on the staff’s recommendation, since I needed callus removal as well. Unfortunately, the entire experience was uncomfortable. The technician was very slow, didn’t ask how I wanted the nail shape, and did a poor job with callus removal. I had to point out the areas that needed attention, but she didn’t seem to understand me and needed help from another staff member. She then became focused on charging extra for callus removal, even though it was included in the package I selected. A staff member confirmed this for her. I picked a dark maroon gel color from their book, but it came out orange-red. Instead of removing it, she applied more polish on top layer after layer without listening to my concerns. I was clearly unhappy with how it looked, but she rushed through the process and ignored my feedback. When I spoke to the supervisor, Angie, she rudely said I have to pay first to change the polish. We ran out of time due to other commitments and scheduled to return later. That same evening, the polish started peeling off and I even took a video to show them. The callus removal was also incomplete, and my feet were still visibly dry. At the rescheduled visit, I showed Angie the video and the condition of my feet. She was dismissive and rude, claiming they had already spent two hours on me and refused to take responsibility. The staff then spoke in another language while looking at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The staff who came to apply the polish told me extra charge and I explained I had already paid. To be fair, the technician who helped me the second time did a much better job. But the overall attitude, lack of professionalism, and refusal to acknowledge poor service were very disappointing. This used to be a good salon for me to go to because it's near our house. This time, it was very disappointing. Customers deserve to feel heard and respected, especially when a service is not delivered properly. While my sister getting her dip polish nails done she inquired about mine as I was waiting for a long time now to get mine done. Angie plainly refused to do my hands and told my sister that she will not give me services just because I gave her my feedback of poor service and it is hard to satisfy me. Though it was clearly a job bad done by them. They even have it written on their reception that they will make sure they will do their best to redo the work if a customer is not satisfied. Well certainly not living up to it!

Love this place! Walked in, waited about 10min for someone to be available, Philip took care of my nails, super nice, fast and wonderful service!! My go to nail spot!

The service was, absolutely awesome, this is gonna be my favorite nail store ever!! I couldn't tip more but I'll get them my whole check, thank u so much for my pretty pretty nails!!
