If you want a quality Manicure go to Luxury Nail & Lash. I've been going for years and Lynn does excellent and a beautiful job on my manicure! She can do anything, just take in a photo and she can replicate it ! I also have had wonderful pedicures from others there. To be honest I haven't had anything negative happen! They all are kind and excellent at their work!!

I LOVE this place. Dan always take great care of my nails. She exceeds the expectations every single time. Lynn will step in anytime whether it’s nails or toes to ensure the customers are more than satisfied. Tia did my toes for the first time this time around and she’s was so patient and kind with me. I have never had a bad experience with this place. I’ve been coming to luxury nail for about 6 months now. I stumbled across this gem when my original nail place was too busy and I needed my nails done that day, they were still open and took great care of me. I can never stop going to this place no matter how far I move. The prices are affordable as well. Service, prices, vibes you just cannot beat! Thank you Lynn for always being such a great host. They are always willing to service at this place. It feels like family!

I loved this place 85$ full set exactly what I wanted fully customized and they gave me free gems with the set. I’m so happy I had to tip good. PLUS they took photos for me! Love this place please come visit this nail and lash salon!!

Reply to owner’s response: I didn’t say the color was the issue. Nor did I change the design. The marbling was done poorly, the air bubbles, and the shape was also done poorly - you’re not addressing this. The first tech also didn’t finish prepping my nails… she left after shaping one hand… ——— I just left Lounge Luxury Nail & Lash, and I’m honestly in tears as I write this because I’m so sad and disappointed with my experience. This was my first time here, and I had been so excited to try the salon after seeing all the beautiful photos of their work online. I wanted a cute set for my upcoming vacation, but instead I left extremely let down. I called ahead to confirm pricing and availability, and was told to come in that same day. It wasn’t busy when I arrived. I showed them a few design inspirations, and they suggested one specific look would suit me best, so I went with it and decided on Gel-X extensions. The first technician who started on me was really nice, detailed, and precise. She prepped my nails, applied the extensions, and filed one hand. But then, when a group of people came in, she stopped and went to go speak with them. She came back and told me another technician would finish my set. I usually don’t like switching because everyone works differently, but I agreed. From that point on, the experience declined. The second technician’s filing was noticeably different and less consistent. When it came to color, she showed me a shade that I didn’t like — and when I said I didn’t like it, she just told me to pick something myself from the cabinet. That left me feeling rushed and unsupported. When we got to the marble design, it was done very thinly and unevenly. I asked for more, but it felt like she was trying to use as little polish as possible. Then for the 3D design, the glue work was messy, and when she added the gold powder, it came out extremely yellow and glittery, not the soft gold I expected. I wish she had showed me the gold before using it. I asked her if it was going to stay glittery and she told me to wait til she was done… when she finished and I cured my nails, it was jarring. It just didn’t look good. I politely asked if we could remove the gold, and she seemed frustrated. She did take it off, and just slopped clear polish on top. After curing, she started filing my nails again so aggressively that it actually changed the shape, even though she had told me earlier she was done filing. I mentioned the shape and she got up and walked away saying the original tech would fix the shape. The original tech didn’t come, but they exchanged words in their language and eventually the same tech came back and without a word proceeded to file my nails again… at that point I just wanted to get out of there. I had been there for over two hours, being passed back and forth, with the two techs speaking to each other in their language while I sat there feeling more upset. In the end, I was left with rough edges, bubbles in the polish, uneven/sharp shapes, and nails that I do not like at all. And now I have to go on my trip with nails that make me feel sad instead of excited. See the images to see the inspiration vs what I got - I chose to go with a turquoise color because the green she showed me wasn’t pretty - the color is not the issue I completely understand that nail art won’t ever look exactly like a reference photo, but the lack of consistency, communication, and care here was very disappointing, especially for the price and time I spent. If they weren’t confident in being able to do the design, I wish they had just told me from the start so I could have chosen something else or gone elsewhere. I rarely write negative reviews, unless I feel like it’s important to share exactly what happened so others are aware. I obviously won’t be getting my money back or having my nails fixed, but I wanted to be honest about my experience. This left me genuinely upset, and I truly hope the salon takes this kind of feedback seriously.

Had my nails done here, very reasonable price and beautiful work. Dan exceeded my expectations, I asked for something a bit more natural with my french tip and she executed my nails to perfection. I will be returning! I love my nails!
