I have been going to AnnaLauren for about a year now & seeing Yadi each time! She is patient with her work & pays attention to details. I truly enjoy my nail appointments with her. The staff is extremely friendly and they truly have become friends to myself and my daughter! I went yesterday to get my nails done for my birthday coming up, I never had done cat eye before & Yadi did the best job! Perfect birthday set & perfect color to start the holiday season ❤️

This was my very first time at this salon and I loved it. Daniela did my nails and she did an amazing job. I was undecided on what color I wanted my nails and she was very sweet and showed me several colors and options until we got the one I wanted. 🙂 The staff are pretty nice. They offered me and my son drinks and snacks. I recommend this place 1000/100. 🫶🏻 I’ll be returning for sure!!

TLDR: Kind People, Terrible Quality of Service I would like to preface this by saying the people in there were kind and had excellent customer service skills; quickly offered snacks and drinks and friendly smiles. They absolutely earned the singular star for that. I got the classic Gel manicure (with a “design”) and Gel pedicure, which totaled $107. I wanted simple pastel french tips, which I used a Pinterest photo as reference. Prior to curing the nails, I noticed that some of the tips were a bit misshapen. I asked the tech if she could please fix it, she definitely attempted to. By the second nail I asked her to correct, it was clear that I was not going to get a result that looked good. Her attempt of correcting it is what you see in the picture. I would’ve asked someone else to fix it, but my friend was unhappy with her service as well. She was cut twice on the same hand and the coats of gel on her toes is uneven. Safe to say we will both not be returning to this nail salon again. I honestly just want a refund. I cannot say enough about how awesome my experience was here! The salon is absolutely beautiful. The customer service is top notch and the two girls that worked on my toes and my nails were absolutely fantastic. This is the best manicure and pedicure I have had in years! I had the lavish pedicure and they included a 10 minute neck massage, which was fabulous. I also loved the pedicure with Thao!! She did an amazing job!!! Kim did my nails and did a fantastic job!! They also offered drinks and iced coffee, which was the bomb by the way! This is definitely my new nail salon!!!
