I absolutely love this place. Tracy is super sweet and so are the employees. I recommend asking for Tracy, Johnny, Ivy, Moon, or Cece! So far those are my favorite techs. Johnny did an amazing job on my last set. He was quick, funny and the design looked better than the inspiration picture.

I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and felt instantly comfortable. The salon is incredibly clean and well-kept, which made a great first impression. My nail tech, Helen, was fantastic—super skilled, patient, and really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Nothing felt rushed, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the entire appointment. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and truly care about giving each client the best possible service. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and beautiful results—definitely one of the best nail salon experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

This place is so horrible I’ve been a loyal client for years and now when I come without my mother they want to play in my face. I got $45 nails and then when I come alone they want to charge me $80 it doesn’t make any sense. I will never be coming back to this place. I had to come and get my nails done three times.

I booked for classic eyelashes and upon arrival I told the lady (I believe her name was Cindy) that I wanted them very natural looking. When she finished, they felt heavy, stiff, and clumpy. I looked in the mirror and immediately disliked them. There was nothing natural about the look, and when I tried to brush through, the lashes were glued together and tangled, making it impossible to separate them for that individual lash look. I asked to have them removed, but because I was already late for a scheduled maintenance appointment, I didn’t have time to sit and wait for removal. I left unhappy with lashes that looked messy and unnatural. I planned to return later for removal, but by the time my maintenance appointment ended, the salon had closed. I went back the next day for a mani/pedi I had pre-booked with Tracy. At check-in I was told Tracy wasn’t there and I’d have to go with someone else. If you make customers select a nail tech when booking, why isn’t that honored? That’s misleading. While there, I saw the lash tech again. She avoided eye contact with me and even when another tech called her over to translate what I wanted, she completely dismissed me once I mentioned I was the client from yesterday. No apology, no concern, no offer to make it right. Just avoidance. The lack of accountability and customer service is really disappointing. I would have gone elsewhere for my nails had I known in advance how dismissive and unprofessional the staff would be. Update: in response to the owner who responded to my initial review, I did say something to her. While sitting down waiting to get my pedi, I said, “hey I’m the lady from yesterday’s lash set” and she just looked away.

worse experience I ever had out here . I had to constantly correct the nail tech to the point where I thought I was the nail tech. but the nails speak for themselves . She didn’t even know how to do a French tip it took so many tries just for it to still turn out bad. It took almost 2 hours to do this and i just wanted to go home at that point . Also this is suppose to be an overlay , im not sure why it’s so thick like this. Definitely Lost my business.
