I absolutely love coming here!! Lily always does a great job on my nails. She never disappoints. And Lynn is amazing at pedicures. Her massages will put you to sleep. I’m constantly getting compliments on all my sets. Always have to remind people I’m just the model, they do all the work. The service here is great. Highly recommended!

The internet picture is what I wanted my nails to look like. The nail tech did a good job trying to make them look like the picture. How ever the lady whom did my pedicure didn’t listen I wanted the copper color on my toes that is also on my nails. She kept saying no I do back ground color if your nail I said no copper. She proceeded to do this pink color not only did she do the pink color she did a poor job painting them they are not fully painted. I don’t know that I will be back. If I do go back it will be a while.

I am a longtime patron of Nail Bar One. They do great work on my nails and pedicures, plus they are nice and professional, at my age that is so important! Well, I needed a lip wax and afterwards I mentioned I was getting my hair braided in the morning, so I was offered their new service.. Head Spa! Yess!!! They have the little video scanner machine that shows the “build-up” (before and after photos linked) I knew that this was for me, in this moment! 45 minutes of pure bliss and relaxation plus my scalp is squeaky clean in time for my braid appointment in the morning. Absolutely worth the price (on sale, too! 😊) 10 out of 10! I will be doing this when I take my braids down and I will pay full price. Thank you 🙏🏽 (might have to zoom in to see.)

Update: She fixed my toes. I ended up getting a different color this time, and she apologized for the miscommunication. Which is all that business needs to do: show professionalism when we, the people, are spending our hard-earned money. I’m very easy to get along with, and I’m very understanding as well. I’ve been going to Nail Bar One for many years, and they are absolutely amazing! The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make every visit special, and their attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness is exceptional. Every time I leave, my nails look perfect. I didn’t want to divulge my secret, but gate-keeping isn’t right…they deserve the recognition. They are simply the best! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fabulous nail salon experience!
