Worst experience I’ve had and I’ve been coming here since I’ve been here ( 1 year plus) . I came by to get my pedicure and full set. The tech was nice AT FIRST, she did good on my toes but when it was time for my full set I was unsatisfied. I informed here I’m military and we have new regs for nails and we did a nice color match. The problem came with the shaping, I told her I wanted short square with a flat top and she said ok. She finished my left hand first and ask if I liked them i very calmly I said no. She got very upset, yelling and made a scene in the shop with other customers around. She proceeded to speak ( I wasn’t able to understand because it wasn’t English or Spanish) , kept yelling and made the hand gesture like she was shooing me away( multiple times throughout the conversation). She then yelled louder and stood up and said “ I’m not done yet, you never said you didn’t want small nails “. I would’ve allowed her to fix her mistake but she was belligerent and I didn’t want her to fix them anymore. I told the second tech that was beside me I want these nails off and to just pay for my toes. The tech who did them kept yelling so I asked for a manager. Needless to say nothing happened to her and she proceeded with another clients nails. I guess they allow their techs to be rude and nasty to customers. The manger came and finished my nails which are still small. I left very much unsatisfied. On top of that at the end of the service I was billed $100 and he also mentioned he took a little something off because of the hiccup with the nails. But if I’m not mistaken a pedicure is $50 and $50 for my nails. Definitely do not recommend and won’t come back 🙂. Oh and my nails are still small and fat at the top. I hope your experience is better than mine , unfortunately i wasn’t able to get the techs name. *** if you think nothing is wrong and think they’re cute that’s your opinion but i like my nails a certain way and I didn’t get that today. ***

Had a great experience I’ve tried many different Nail places around here. I have to say I’m very satisfied. They did a great job. I came back for a refill and it was also a great job.

I would not recommend this place at ALLL. I inquired about price before services and I was told “$80”. During my service I was asked if I wanted a shape between coffin and square I said ok. The nail tech never said it would be more. Quite frankly it is too coffin and I am unhappy with the look of it. Once I go to pay I see 95 and I told her she told me it was 80. “Kim” is her name. A bold faced lie and I will not be back, don’t waste your money. HORRIBLE

Not the best nails I’ve ever had but they’re just nails, I can change them if I want. Paid $70 for gel french tip without manicure. Though I didn’t like the final look I still appreciate the labor that was put into doing them. Overall nice salon.

The only nail salon I ever go to in Killeen Tx. More specifically, I always ask for Jackson. He does an amazing job everytime, I can tell he’s very dedicated to his work. He always takes his time and makes sure I’m satisfied ! He’s got to be my favorite nail tech ever by far!
