Absolute excellent service! Both of the girls knew exactly what I wanted and took outstanding care of me!! I am happier with my hands and feet than I have been in a long time ❤️❤️ stunning cat eye nails and amazing pedicure. I will 100% be going back to them!!

An update to the below: In just 6-7 days “lost acrylic” not “gel” supposingly in the worst way!! One finger cut from the middle bleeding!! Other fingers seems to follow!! I’m used to doing acrylic but this is a rip off, in addition to painful rip off!! Unbelievable!! If you wanna charge this price, make sure the products are worth it!! Attached the new photos!! I don’t know where to start.. I’ve been here for my nails as a first experience two weeks ago, and it didn’t disappoint. I paid around $60. They nicely asked me to come back for a refill. And I came on Saturday 23rd a day ago, and did my refill. Total rip off! If a full set cost me $60, they let me pay for a refill $80. They were speaking their language trying to add “extra charges on me”, I moved recently here and from my first visit I wanted to become a client. But I know what is the “cost” for acrylic refill. And the attached photo is my refill from a day ago. “Bumpy”! I do not mind paying, but do not rip your clients off! And when I nicely asked her for student discount, because I know they were fooling me, (translated words, and it said to add more and more charges) I even told to the lady her name is Tee, the nail technician, and she was like oh I was telling her not to add for you charges…and when I went to the cashier and asked for a student discount ( which herself the manager or the front desk, said to me to come for a refill and I asked for students discount and she said yes we will apply it). Shockingly, with not the best attitude telling me “oh it’s only for high school students”, girl this is not written in your website that it’s “high school students”, and that wasn’t what you told me two weeks ago. I honestly didn’t wanted to create a show but $80 refill when a full set cost was $60 is not worth it! Look at the image! Like a free refill. It’s close to my home, I usually go to grand nail spa, another branch, that always had me good. This was close to my home, and I expected the same not a rip off! But you lost a client, and this is a true review, and I recommend you not to go to UNFAIR PEOPLE, who would “talk” with “each other ” saying that they didn’t close enough for Saturday so add more charges on her !!!! That’s so unbelievable!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!

This was first time visiting this nail salon but it won't be my last. Everyone was polite and patient with me as chose my nail design. They went over the price beforehand. XUAN did a fabolous job on nails, I love them. She took her time and made sure I liked them, willing to make any changes if needed. I felt so pampered here at Grand Nail Spa. Wondeful job everyone!

I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Emily for my wedding and it was truly the best nail experience I have ever had!!!! I showed her a picture of my wedding dress and she made them match PERFECTLY!!! I can’t recommend this place enough 💍🤍🤍🤍

I’ve been going to this salon for years. It has gone through multiple changes and ownership but they’re always able to get me in with no appointment, pricing seems fair, overall their work is good. Yes, of course, there are times I get someone who doesn’t do the best job but they’ve always been willing to fix it is that’s the case but it has been rare. I did want to post a these designs they did recently for my daughter and her friend because they “nailed it” 🤭. I even added the inspo pic they brought into the salon. My daughter kept hers on for 6 weeks - SIX WEEKS - without issue! There is no one technician I prefer as I usually just walk in but Mike has always been amazing for a good dip!
